  1. Nice one Al...!
  2. I use spay cans...LOL
  3. Cool ideas everyone. I have a huge amount of project ideas... build replicas of vehicles the family owned over the years...most will be tough to do due to needed parts, etc. My own version of a Tom Daniels like show rod or two. Dream...to find what my dads oldies need to restore them...might as well keep dreaming about this one. A old FWD semi road tractor. 60s pull behind camping trailer with full interior. large diorama of a 60s gas station. 60s/70s station wagon kits, conversions even if there my own ones. 75 Pontiac Trans Am...got to find one first to make it from. And others. For me the main issue is finding the needed parts, models, etc. to do them...I have plenty of time.
  4. LOL... I am anxious to build all the time.
  5. Jim..your welcome. Love to see the big old 60s/70s cars...classy and performance in one package. I knew it was a curbside but missed them when they were out. Some people hate curbside kits...they can make beautiful replicas just like this one.
  6. love it Jim...very nice..!
  7. Tommy.... Looks awesome...very nice save and work..! WOW..!
  8. Welcome Gary..!
  9. I have a convertible its ether a 59 or 60?...has a good glass frame still...would be a easy restoration if anyone is interested..?
  10. I agree with you all....plus Id love to see some late 60s ones but the big bodies cars....Id even be happy to find parts to them at this point.
  11. Jim... I hear that one...I had a few I really miss that we had to sell off after my accident to pay on the bills...that hurt.
  12. That is awesome looking! I grew up with the big Pontiacs in the family and love them...we owned some nice ones be nice to be able to build replicas of them.
  13. Robert... That is awesome...I have wanted to do some Bond movie vehicles.
  14. Jim... I have the same problem...the ones i do have of them need parts and repairs, some were never made as kids or promos, others I cant find where I could afford them. I have a 83 ElCamino promo and a 90s Beretta promo. The list of vehicle our family owned is huge my friend.
  15. Looks awesome Tommy...!
  16. Al... Very nice save and build....I wish they could bring back more of the late 60s Pontiacs like this for us.
  17. Good grief .......! Yep someone just lost their bonus pay.
  18. Tommy...tell me about it. I have the original 70/71 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler build up of my dads...cant find any factory stock parts for it anywhere yet but its too cool not to restore.
  19. Jim... Your welcome. I love the big Caddys too we owned a few...67,68,69,70 coupe/sedan DeVilles even a 68 Hearse once. My dad wanted to build/collect models/promos of the cars the family had owned over the years so that is my plan too now...he had some of them in his collection but they need parts in order to restore them to what he would have wanted them to be...I hope. When I got another 1 to 1 car I gave my Toro to my mom she drove it for years. Be nice if these would be easier to find now.
  20. Gary... I have no idea ether...? I have found finding most old original parts is hard to do most times...I have a huge batch that were my dads I have been looking for parts for years now. I hope you find something suitable for it its a nice find for us 60s big bodied car lovers.
  21. Very nice clean build....I like it..!
  22. Looks like a nice rebuilder to me....I have a convertible one I restored it was rough.
