  5. Yep we own a 84 Chevy the turn signals are in the grille same for the GMC version. I have the Fall Guy kit...same truck pretty much. Now that tere coming out again maybe I can find another bed and frame to try to make a long bed like ours.
  6. Richard....I have plenty of time on my hands to pass by being disabled. I have very many friends on here some old ones and some newer ones...it gives me a chance to share my love for building/collecting and maybe find help or get to offer help to others here who need it...it makes things easier for everyone in the end. Some members are more active like me due to they have the time to be while others work, family, etc.takes some of their time away giving them less time to be here. Me being on a very strict small budget I have more time to be here while others are building constantly and cant be as active as me....there is lots of reason we all are more or less active here.

  13. Very cool...! I like the Tom Daniels type kits and builds....looks great..!
  14. I remove them if the parts do not line up with them otherwise they stay. I wish they would not put the locating holes in the bodies for stuff on the outside...most all modelers can add them if wanted anyway.
  15. Suzy... All are good ideas for painting. other things you can do it get some autobody(tack rags)they will take a lot of and dust off the body by lightly rubbing it down...there available at almost any auto parts store. If you sand anything remember you do not need to use very rough sand paper sometimes it takes only a very light grit paper to remove mold lines from the body. Another tip is to make sure your hands are free of oils and lotions while handling the body they can transfer to it and make the paint job bad in areas called(fish-eyes). Take your time painting and try to spray the paint in a area where there is no wind or breeze if possible..it helps. Good luck and welcome.
