  1. WOW...!...
  2. Mark, did you check the belt that runs it? On my old Craftsman, the belt went bad, and the tranny would not work. Thanks for the tip Lee but its toast...gears are striped out in it. Its a Craftsman LT1000 rider with a 6 speed right hand side shifter.
  3. I had the Black Max one as a kid...loved it..
  4. With everything I have to deal with lately my rider mowers transaxle just striped out so now I have to try and find another one so I can cut grass...rains it pours...

  6. Welcome Kevin... I live in Quincy,IL.
  7. Hang in there bud....you already have a great support team here many of us have faced the challenges of being disabled for one reason or another. When I had my car accident in 1996 I was only married for 3 years and only 29 years old...everything has to change for us but we made it. Its a huge learning process to teach yourself new ways to do things you once did easily...time will heal you buddy. Building has been my escape from 24/7 pain they can do nothing for....if I can do it you can trust yourself to overcome anything tossed at you.
  8. Things getting better here brothers...I got enough time to go take over some kits for the disabled builders group here yesterday. They were very happy to have something to work on and they have a good use.
  9. Paul...Stay strong mental attitude has a lot to do with ones health and healing...I know this first hand...almost died from a car accident in 96 and have been through many myself. Will have you in our prayers....hang in there.
  10. I couldn't figure it out before....still cant....might be easy for tech person which I am not.

  14. That is cool...love the old box arts and kits from the golden years.
  15. Welcome Rick......looking forward to seeing your work too. Building/restoring them and promos is a life long passion for me...being disabled its a great way to pass all the time and keep the mind active.
  16. Welcome Allen....
  17. Maybe your letting it get too hot or too cool yet..? Usually if your careful after heating it up so it can be stretched while gently pulling the plastic blow on it and you can learn to control the shape. I have used sprue for years to make my own fine tipped detailing paint tools and other things.
  18. Nice!... I love the HT/sedan versions of these...tired of convertibles...roof cars look more classy to me...nice!
  19. Id love to post some...but I need a system that is so easy its for a person that has never used a computer before. I always have to talk a buddy into doing it for me...otherwise Id even send you all some photos of the tornado that hit here on the 13th of last month. I have tried but just cant seem to get it right.
  20. Nice...! I always liked this body style.
