Welcome Stephen..! I use to own a beautiful 75 TA...miss that car love to build a replica of it someday. I also owned a 83 TA it was a restoration I did got to drive it for 2 weeks to the morning of my accident got hit from behind at a red light about 60mph. been building all my life...very late 50s through mid 70s body styles. Nice Mustang.

Mark, did you check the belt that runs it? On my old Craftsman, the belt went bad, and the tranny would not work. Thanks for the tip Lee but its toast...gears are striped out in it. Its a Craftsman LT1000 rider with a 6 speed right hand side shifter.

I had the Black Max one as a kid...loved it..

With everything I have to deal with lately my rider mowers transaxle just striped out so now I have to try and find another one so I can cut grass...rains it pours...

Ill second that...memories are priceless.

Hang in there bud....you already have a great support team here many of us have faced the challenges of being disabled for one reason or another. When I had my car accident in 1996 I was only married for 3 years and only 29 years old...everything has to change for us but we made it. Its a huge learning process to teach yourself new ways to do things you once did easily...time will heal you buddy. Building has been my escape from 24/7 pain they can do nothing for....if I can do it you can trust yourself to overcome anything tossed at you.

Things getting better here brothers...I got enough time to go take over some kits for the disabled builders group here yesterday. They were very happy to have something to work on and they have a good use.

Paul...Stay strong mental attitude has a lot to do with ones health and healing...I know this first hand...almost died from a car accident in 96 and have been through many myself. Will have you in our prayers....hang in there.

I couldn't figure it out before....still cant....might be easy for tech person which I am not.
