Very good looking replica! I'm a big Penske fan and I talk to one of the drivers of the new Sunoco Camaro throwback car in the Grandam series so I really dig this!

Truely amazing! That came out awesome! I love the snakeskin and overall aggressive look of the car!

Welcome to the forum and man that thing is out there. One thing I suggest is removing the pic of the flip front showing the curse word. The big guy here doesn't allow it and I like your kits so I don't want to see you get banned. Nice truck though!

Another cool take on a car that only gets done one way! I like it

Thats a nice approach to a cool car. I have one of these kits and didn't know what to do with it. It's nice to see one done in a non stock form. Nice work.

Sweet! I've always wanted to do this one. Looks great!

Johnny My prayers go out for you and your wife. You seem to be good people. Behind most good men is a great woman so I wish you the very best. I personally am going through a lot worrying about my wife right now too so I know the frustration it puts you through. It's hard but try to keep your head up high.

I'm talking to Toby now and he said he thinks the engine stands are from Lindberg 30's truck kits. I have a couple but not from my own kits and they are so useful. Toby I still want to get this truck from you

I like how you made the vid Marty but don't fib to the fans that you couldn't play it at the meeting

Hi everyone! After talking with a couple members of my club for a go ahead on this topic, I decided to share a story of a really great woman and her husband. Before I joined Moonlight Modelers there was a member that was well accomplished that I never got the chance to meet. Moonlight and Cactus clubs have a lot of mutual members and friends and thanks to this mans wife Renee ( Sorry if it's spelled wrong) we all get to see a legacy he left behind. She is dedicated to the hobby in a way that is unmatched. She attends meetings and votes and helps in so many ways. This last meeting was at her house and she was nice enough to share a world that is a modelers dream. Before anyone asks... Do not contact any club members about buying anything. Nothing is for sale! I wanted to show some awesome eye candy for everyone and to thank her for sharing this. Also I have to say i wish I could have met her husband for his built kits prove that he could have taught me a lot of cool tricks of the trade!. Enjoy everyone!

I always liked these cars and yours makes me itch more to get a kit. Looks really good. Clean sometimes pays off

I love the suicide 4 door Lincolns! Great job! I like every aspect of this car.

John that engine looks amazing and really gives me the inspiration to do my Maxim. I really like the way you did the springer front end too. This looks awesome!

This here is a car I fixed. When I bought it the entire roof was shoved over and actually sticking out farther than the passenger side of the car. It was a long process but I put the car in warm water and let it soak a bit. Then I pulled it out and help it over toward the way it needed to go. out of the water to cool. I had to repeat the process a few times until I reached the desired look. It is still a little bit off but not to bad. Some times you have to replace the windshield pillars with styrene but sometimes you do not. I fixed a curved Lambo chassis with warm water too. Good luck! The yellow one in the picture is the one I fixed.

I have around 300 junk/project cars, about 100 not started, about 25 started and only 13 finished. Oh and I just got back into the hobby starting fresh in Dec of 2009 so it hasn't even been a year. I think I have a problem

Well this is what I scored this weekend. I went to the Toy Fair and managed to score these 3 kits for $8 Each including the large scale Lambo. I also scored 52 train magazines from 1966 to 1975 for $5 for all. Mudpit602 up there also gave me the coffin car from the tin set he posted up a little. oh and at the Moonlight Modelers meeting last night I scored 2nd place for my Ecto1a Ghostbusters car!

I always test fit all my models. It might be that kit or all of those kits are warped. There are a few different ways to fix them before you ever get paint on them. Some Monogram and Revell kits are the same prior to the merger and some are different. All I can suggest is ask before throwing a kit away! Even if you hate it you can also save a bad kit for parts in the future. Good luck.
