    Nice Jim!!! Paint looks great!
  5. Ian, if you want to do a build-up from a diecast, these SpecCast F250-350s aren't bad... or these were available too...this is probably what the master was made from for the SSB resins kit...
  6. She's a beauty Terry! Very realistic!

  8. Incredible job Peter!!! Hope too see another version of your masterpiece from you, as well as others here lucky enough to get one!
  9. Wow, that looks great Bill! Please "bore" us with how you built it I really like these pre-war Chevy trucks and don't know of any plastic kits...is it resin, or converted from a Ford? Hope you documented your build with pics, it would not "bore" us!
  10. Ian, there's a late model Ford Super Duty four-door cab available somewhere in resin, can't recall where though...
  11. I can see you building a rat rod of some sort out of this one Chuck
  12. AWESOME interpretation of Peter's creation Curt!
  13. InFartincredible Bill!!! You are a true master builder!
  14. Chuck, I have a stock roofed 48 coupe from Perry's resin that I got years ago...not sure if he still casts them, very nice quality & fit with the Revell ragtop. In fact, it looks as though his master was built from the ragtop body with the IMC/Testors coupe roof section grafted on. I have one of those & tried it with the Revell ragtop body, didn't seem to work too well, so I gave up & bought Perry's offering. Pics soon as I've GOT to get this one done for my Dad's 70th B-day in april
  15. Boardman, about 45 minutes from South Heights...I used to live there, right behind Tejan's chiropractic office! I probably would have bought more if the kits were ones I thought would be re-saleable...I usually don't do well selling on eBay If anyone wants to call them & see what they have left, I'll gladly pick it up & ship it to you, just don't know if the savings would be enough to justify shipping??? 16. Same here...usually only 30% off at the most! I would gladly do that Matthew, but this was the only Galaxie trailer They had three other Revell busses, a Hasegawa bus with surfboard (50% off was still like $37.50!!!)and several other things I really wasn't interested in...only one of the Miura too
  17. Who says you can't get a good deal at HobbyTown USA??? and my favorite score... Had a whole table of 50% off kits...get to your local HobbyTown USA NOW!!!
  18. Looks awesome Jairus!
  19. I can only speak for myself Wayne, but I never lost enthusiasm for the build, it's just that between too many family commitments, working long hours, and the fact that it's rained here for the last 5 days straight (no excuses ). Paint booth #1 is outside! I got my metal exhaust pipes done, ready for paint Your diorama looks great BTW!
  20. Very cool Tom!
