  11. Can't recall ever seeing any Trent, I'd be interested in an early eighties Dodge myself Converting a mid-seventies MPC pickup is possible, but not exactly easy...
  12. Nice words for Larry everyone, thanks He will live on in his incredible builds! Every time I look at his build pics, I can't seem to stop smiling
  13. Looks nice Ben! Have you checked the measurements to 1:1 specs to see how accurately scaled it is? If it's truly close to 1/25 I need one

  17. Agreed... I've got the external 4.0L parts (intake/exhaust manifold and injection setup) from the Tamiya YJ kit (they are nicely done, the block & trans, not so much). Now if someone (a caster) would like to put together a package including the 258 from the Pacer and the top-end 4.0L parts, I'll donate the Tamiya stuff...
  18. It is with a heavy heart that I must give all of you the bad news that our friend Larry has passed away I just got a phone call from his beloved wife Cindy this evening. I've been thinking about the big guy lately, wondering why we haven't heard from him in awhile. I feel terrible that I hadn't talked to him for several months. I didn't know he was sick again, I assumed he was burned out with building & just not posting, just like we all do sometimes. I never had the chance to meet my friend in person (we tried several times to get together, but for different reasons it just never happened). We used to talk by phone and email, but not often enough This great man will be sorely missed. He could always put a smile on my face with his wit and unique style of posting! His scratchbuilding skills were off the chart I so wish his AWESOME Rockwells would have made it into production so we could all have the chance to use them on a build. He had such incredible builds too: Rest in Peace my friend, love ya!
  19. Michael @ Dirt Modeler makes some quality etched suspension parts also: http://www.dirtmodeler.com/store/
  20. Looks GREAT so far Al! That paint is gleaming! I've got one of these I'm planning on converting to a 396 car with Ralley wheels, I'll be watching!
