  1. Your builds just keep amazing me. This one is another incredible, Factory Stock Ford Pickup. Very nice paint job and those Tailgate chains caught my eye too.
  2. Very nice build of a unique looking Truck. I have seen pictures of these, but can't remember seeing any of these in person. You did fantastic job with this one. If photographed in outside without a background, it would make a great Real or Model.
  3. That turned out great! All the extra work you did to this paid off, it looks really good. These cars are hard to Chop, because it's very easy to lower the top too much and then the car will look bad. But you nailed the Top Chop, it's perfect height right now. Also the Custom Grille looks very good to me. Those, together with nice paint and detail, make really nice Model Car, just like in here. Oh and the pictures are top notch too.
  4. Heh, it's actually not from the Doctor. It says Rust Racing Support on it, a Finnish Drag Race team that races with '26 Ford T and a HD Dragbike which runs 9,1 ETs, if it doesn't do a giant wheelstand at the start. Last year, they had also '28 Ford Funny Car. On 2013 Finals, they organized a Pork Barbecue-party for all Team Members and Drivers in the pits. Here's a picture (Not mine) http://kuvia.1g.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat+2013/FHRA/FhraEdra+Finals/MOP_4364.jpg Oh, and here is their Tow Vehicle for the bike: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8u4_o_58dA
  5. Just changed to a new Workbench. It's a bit bigger and a lot nicer than my old one was. And guys, this bench is Never going to be this clean, the picture was taken right after I put the bench on place. (I try to keep it as clean as possible, but....... )
  6. Very nice job everyone! It has been great to follow this thread. Especially Nick's Bel Air turned out very nice! Finally I'm making progress with my '69 Torino Talladega since I just changed to a new bench. I got the ProCharger belt installed. It is made from paper that I painted black and it's not perfect, because it has no "Fins" that Blower belt should, but I had no styrene that I could have used for them... Well next time. Also the Roll Cage is pretty much done, just needs paint on it. When I get these modifications done, I guess this thing will come pretty fast. Sorry for the bad picture, there wasn't much light so I had to use the flash and it makes that engine look horrible.
  7. I knew this one straight away when I saw it, but couldn't remember the year. Well luckily my guess was close enough and finally I got one of these right. Can't wait for the next one!
  8. Really?! Yeah, I gotta get one of those!
  9. What I do is that I tape a big white poster on a chair. Then I put that outside and take my Camera Stand with me and take the pics without Macro with pretty much zoom. I think that gives the best results, at least for me and it's very simple. My camera is this: And this is how my pictures look like: For closeups, like the engine or interior, I use the same camera without that camera stand with Macro setting on. I think it gives sharp enough pictures.
  10. Air Trax kits are very nice. I've bought a couple of bodies that were damaged during the molding process when AirTrax was selling them at a local Model Car Show. I can't even notice how some of them are damaged. Juha has built one of these. These pictures certainly won't do the justice to Juha's work. That, and all of his builds are spectacular in person.
  11. Great looking build again. I like these Vega Funny Cars a lot. You did excellent job with yours, nice paint and detail work. Nice job! Huh...What ?
  12. Very nice build, as always. Especially the paint job looks very good and you nailed the color on it. Very nice work overall, your builds always impress me.
  13. Oh Yeah, Donn Yost! The "Old Man" just didn't say anything to me. Donn's builds would be great to see in here, too. He sure builds high quality stuff. Thanks Kerry, great builds!! Especially I like the AWB Rambler, that looks simply perfect. Also that '60 Impala has always been my favorite. Great work!
  14. I think the scoop needs to be lower. In My Opinion, this is the highest Cowl Induction Scoop that looks good on 1st Generation Camaro. Yours may be a bit too high. But otherwise your paint and everything is looking very good. Keep going!
  15. Heh, well can't say that the Skyhawk engine bay had too much room either, but sounds like there wasn't any room at all in your friend's Monza. But that's it with these H-Bodies, a friend has one Monza too and he says that there's not much excess room either. Chevelle has a Electric Fan installed in front of the radiator. That was not because of the room, but it gives more performance for the engine when there are no unnecessary equipment to use and that Electric Fan also gives better cooling with the electric Water Pump. It's important in these Stockers to get the absolutely maximum performance, because engine tuning is very limited.
  16. Thanks Ray! Sean: Absolutely, the more builds we get, the better this CBP will be. ...And the Old Man? Who's that? Kerry: Sure, we want as much Eye Candy as possible. Finished builds will also give a good inspiration to get the builds going.
  17. I have a trouble when I need to make Headers for one Engine, you just made a complete army of them! Nice work, I've been following and drooling this one very closely... Gonna be another wild build!
  18. Nice looking Willys. That paint is spot on, perfect shade of blue and it sure looks Smooth & Shiny. Those Austin decals fit perfectly on this as well. Excellent build overall, count me in as another Gasser Fan. Keeps me going with my NHRA Legal '41 Plymouth Gasser with a Flathead.
  19. These are really rarely seen. Yours looks excellent, as always. Smooth and Shiny paint with nice detailing on the interior. Excellent BMF work again also.
  20. I've been missing your builds Marc, welcome back! I like the subject, since I've always thought that '71 Chevelle is much better than '70. Nice paint work also, excellent color choice. The interior looks sharp too. Those wheels just don't fit into this car, but that's just me, I have never liked any bigger wheels than 15".
  21. What year Monza was that? We had a '79 Skyhawk which has the same body also with Chevy Small Block and there were no problems to change the plugs or anything.. Maybe it was because of the Aftermarket Engine Mounts we had. The picture is not the best, it's taken right after the engine boiled over in the Local Cruising Night traffic jam... It was a decent car on the winter too. Yeah . You're right, nowadays only thing that can be seen is that plastic cover... But back to the original question... Not a '65 Chevy, but '74 Chevy Chevelle Stocker that I race with... Chevy 350 and lots of room on the engine bay. It sure is easy to change the plugs for this one. Picture from my License Run.
  22. Yep those two are completely different as others have mentioned. And converting a '31 Ford from '32 doesn't really make sense as others said, since you can get one '31 Ford from Monogram. I wish they'd re-release it, because I've always thought that '31 Ford is much better looking than a Deuce.
  23. Impressive build overall. Nice details, if that was photographed somewhere with the correct background, this could very well be in a next Real Or Model picture. On these Pre World War 1 cars, is it much harder to find reference material if compared to newer ones, for example 1950s cars? Just curios.
  24. Here is another very nice and clean build from your bench. Rarely seen and interesting subject with this good execution is very nice to see. Good work, especially the paint looks great on this one.
  25. Polished Plastic finish is quite rarely seen. Here it is impossible to tell that this is not painted, it looks so great. Overall excellent work, as always. The assembly is very nice and clean with no flaws.
