  1. Great restyle on that 40' ford. I love it!
  2. Very cool Mitzu, the graphics give it a great look. Excelent work!
  3. WOW, Mr. Felice Ferrielo's work is Fantistic. his "Eleanor" Shelby car is awsome, Can't wait to see more. Please let him know, his work to me is inspiring.
  4. Very clean, nice paint, and the BMF is fantastic. A great job.
  5. Excellent Drift car, makes me want to get inside and carve some corners. I got to test drive an eclipse one time, and it was lots of fun. good power, and fairly good handling. my wife said I would kill myself in it so I ended up with my Cavalier, Boo Hoo.
  6. Really like the killer bee Pat. what paint did you use, that color is very nice. and did you paint the raised white tire lettering? If so, its an excelent job.
  7. Hi Pat, Your model looks cool, But what you are doing with the kids is great. If more people would do that, we would not have to worry about the future of this hobby. Or more important the future of our children. Kudos to you. Please tell the kids I liked all their models and KEEP ON BUILDING.
  8. I think it looks great, I always find things that I should or should not have done to my models when I finish one. Its that drive for perfection that makes you feel that its not as you would have liked it to be. Hey nobody is going to win millions of dollars for the perfect model, and nobody is going to be shot for a glue bomb. just have fun with it. Every model completed is an accomplishment. KEEP ON BUILDING.
  9. The Sikorsky Skycrane will look hot with some Hoppin Hydros 24" or maybe some lakes pipes?
  10. 8) great tools Dave, and to think I was about to go and spend my kit money on a set of them scribers ($19.95 a set) this is a great tip, Thanks Dave darn, why did'ent I think of that.
  11. Your work is fantastic! good choice of this kit, its one of the best of the 50s cars. I wish more kits were like this. and your doing a superb job with it.
  12. Very nice so far. the paint job is great. the badges are a nice touch. keep up the great work.
  13. Nice color on that mustang, cant wait for more pics. I was also noticeing how your work bench looks like mine. keep up the great work,
  14. I'm not in disagreement as to the reason for his banishment, rules are rules. If I wrote down here as I talk to my friends here at home, Model cars mag message board would have to hire someone to censer every other word Just a little discreation goes a long way.
  15. Yea Zebm1, I miss him not posting anymore. I like Zeb's style. a free sprit type of person. And dispite his intentional phonetics spelling, He is a very brilliant and inteligent person. An encyclopeda of automotive information. I wish him all the best, and if your ever in Sourthern California, look me up Zeb, I'll show you where all the Hot Ladies hang out.
  16. Hey Alex, where abouts in so cal. are you? I live in Riverside. and just joined the Model car club in Riverside. Its a great group of guys and you will enjoy the meetings. 'PM' me if you need info.
  17. I was just being sarcastic, With all of the great tooling in AMT's arsenal and the cheep labor to produce the kits, how do you not make some sort of profit from model cars. It could have been Revell-Monogram that fell into the hands of RC2. that would really be some thing to worry about. I dont think the hobbico deal will turn on us.
  18. It sounds like a good fit. I think we are fortunate that RC2 did'nt purchase them or our hobby would be doomed  now we need a good buyer for AMT and we will have another golden era. lets keep our fingers crossed.
  19. I have seen that kit, and will have to pick one up. It looks more detailed than the AMT Cobra, the one I have. The Cobra has always been a favorite of mine since I was young. and thats a long time.
  20. Great work!, spotless build. looks like that is an excelent kit. the wheels and tires are some of the best I've ever seen. and it took a little more than one week? Wow, it takes me that long just to shoot the primer.
  21. Very cool build, nice job on the body damage. and the chains are well done. Very convincing demo derby car.
  22. I agree Bob, the stripes look perfect, no need for polishing any more. I was wondering if Your cobra and Eric Cole's are the same kit? Both models look great.
  23. Great job on the Racing stripes, I think any other color would not look better. Are you going to use the kit engine? The wheel choice is perfect. Can't wait to see more progress. 8)
  24. I think you should try a custom color, thats why your having a hard time choosing a stock color. There is not enough of a selection of factory colors. Try a flip flop paint scheme.
