  1. I think it is a beauty, very nice work. I would like to be first in line when this is available. 8)
  2. Yes, there is something wrong. I had to delete two of the previous post I did with my dogs pic in it. makes posting a little difficult. :?
  3. Same thing happening here also. wanted to see if pics were affected. BTW, thats my "Big boy".
  4. Nice looking VW. You are your own worst critic. I think it looks perfect. and I'm not much of a VW fan. but I know great work when I see it. Yes it is a good feeling to wrap up a long standing project. keep up the great work.
  5. Nice work so far. The last pic shows two engines next to your 36', which one is going in the model? I built this kit, mine is gloss black with some graphics on the sides. It came out ok, but I like your paint scheme much better. Build on Ron.
  6. Beautiful work. Looks like it belongs in a Porsche Racing Publication. Just fantastic,
  7. The Model King does it again. Looks like another great kit. Long Live The King. 8)
  8. Wow, nice so far. The paint came out real nice. Fisher models has some great racing subjects. But a bit out of my price range. maybe someday. Keep bringing the up-dates, I would like to see this one completed. 8)
  9. 8) Hey Lonewolf, I'm going to be on the look out for the spoons and forks. I find good stuff at my local .99$ store, my favorite is the sanding sticks/fingernail file, the kind with a different grit on each side foam center. great stuff if you hunt for it.
  10. I don't think you forgot how to use your painting booth. fantastic flames and black paint 8)
  11. Hey Gareth, Welcome to the best Model car forum. Try going to: www.scalemodelingbychris.com They have lots of drag racing parts and I they do ship worldwide. ( I think) Check it out. and good luck with your dragster projects. Ron.
  12. Hi Jon, Your Vette looks fantastic. I'm a Corvette fanatic, Its my all time favorite car line. and I love'em all 53' to 07. Your work here is great. I've been watching the build-up posts and still cant believe how nice the model came out in such a short time. Congradulations on an excelent job. BTW. got your PM today. Your more than welcome my friend. 8)
  13. Its a nice color, are you gonna paint the hood? I think a clear coat is a good idea. and if you paint the hood you might want to lightly sand the body with some 1500 grit automotive paper and hit the body once more with the color coat then after dry, spray the clear coat. you've got a nice start to it, just take your time and it will look excellent.
  14. You should look for the Revell parts pack engines, you can still find them. and you have a choice of Chevy 283 v-8 Cadillac 354 c.i. Ford 427 c.i. and Pontiac 421 c.i. and It should'ent take much to get them to fit in your 32' Ford. 8) Also you can look for cheeper kits at E-modelcars.com
  15. Don't know what nain polish is, do you mean nail polish? only thing I know is spell check or proof read. good day

Great work JT. your "little bit of weathering" is fantastic. I wish you could do a tutorial for us on your next weathering project. perfecto.
  17. Ok, JAFFA gets the wheels & tires, Bluesman Mark gets the kit, and I will go for that box of treasure.
  18. Nice job with the engine. How old is the kit ? Looks like a Tamiya kit from the 70's. Can't wait to see it complete. Post more progress pics when you can. comming along nicely.
  19. Nice job on the windsheld frame, looks better than new. You seem to have a talent for repairing smashed up models, and your work is first rate. keep up the good work.
  20. Looks real nice. Is it the same color as your Buddys truck? clean job.
  21. Cool looking 40 Ford P-U. Did that engine fit or did you need to massage it? Now if you excuse me, I have a sudden erge for a Sandwich.
  22. Kool S10, What are you planning on this one? The first pic looks like an action shot, Doin some hoppin' 8)
  23. That looks great so far, nice color combo. keep up the good work!
  24. There is just something about that big 98 that says "I own the road". I like the T-Bird, but I like all the elbow room in the olds. It would be like driving a Cadillac.
