  4. The sun visor is a nice touch
  5. She's a very talented and pretty girl. Can't wait to see her next build.
  6. It's coming with this months magazine...........................just wait for it
  7. And I thought I'd seen the ugliest car around here. A 4 wheel drive Lincoln mark 5, with a corvette stinger hood epoxied in place.
  8. You are off to a good start
  9. Congratulations, I wish I could say the same. Smoking has been the hardest thing for me to quit. I quit drinking no problem. quit taking drugs no problem. Smoking on the other hand has me
  10. The body mods look very well done and the paint looks great
  11. I think it started around 77 and was slowly introduced through the early 80's
  12. As a kid I bought almost all AMT kits exclusively. The box art had everything to do with my choices. The most impressionable were the 66 annuals.
  13. I would look at Tamiya metallic blue TS-54
  14. Very stunning
  15. The rust looks very real. And the cracks in the glass are a nice touch. My only comment and I could be wrong here, but I'm guessing the radiator would have been made of brass. If it was a greenish oxidation would make it look perfect.

  17. All hail Doc and Eyegore , down with George Barris and Rat Fink

  19. I did the same thing a while ago. There are a lot of gems buried in the old threads.
  20. Down in central America I drove a 6 speed on the column. That was an adventure
  21. I would caution against using minwax as a sealer for any lacquer based finish. I'm a woodworker and I've seen the poor performance of minwax products. Minwax contains stearates that will react badly with lacquer.
