  1. WVU has to have someone in the state to beat on, don't they!?!
  2. Never mind, FOUND IT!!!
  3. I almost fell out of my chair laughing!!! Now see, since we're REAL hillbillies, we can say stuff like that!! Nice bike, Jason, and by the way, it's LET'S GO 'EERS!!!!!! By the way #2: Where is the Marshall bike? I seen the post but didn't look at it last night, now I can't find it!
  4. You're probably fooling me again, but I say real.
  5. Maybe Jeep got a Toyota gas pedal by mistake!!!
  6. If you'd like, I have the Revell Enzo. I could take some pics of it, I've never started it yet, so you can see what you would be geting.
  7. He sure would get his moneys worth for his show entry fee!

    Mustangs!

The last one also looks like it would be a nice undercover car! Nice job on all three.
  9. You shouldn't have been going so fast! Seriously, though, all are nice builds (even though I see the Ford is a diecast) and looks like the last is already wonderfully started. Nice work.
  10. Do you have a link for Jamie? It seems whenever I look at things on Sourkraut's site, they are always out of the good stuff!
  11. Either I'm blind or blonde, but I didn't see the pic! You must have put that pic in when you edited the post when I was looking at your fotki page!
  12. By the way, Ben, do you have molds for the wheels and tires you have pics of? I seen a few I'd maybe like for some other future projects.
  13. WOW, Ben, those are nice!! I hope you don't mind, but here's the direct link to the hub pic: http://public.fotki.com/lotso/model-truck-wheels/mvc-015f.html#media I hope that's the right one! It's nice even if that is the wrong one!
  14. Thanks for the info on the taillights, and I'm happy you like my idea for the wheels.
  15. I would say the C600 frame sounds like a nice start. Another possibility would be the Dodge L700 frame with the same modifications you have to do to the Ford frame.
  16. Good thing I read the sub topic, I was going to ask you WHAT TRUCK!!! I'm not 100% sure, but I would be willing to bet the 4300 would be either steel, but more probably, aluminum. If there were any parts that would be fiberglass, it would most likely be the hood. This is usually the standard today, aluminum cabs and sleepers with fiberglass hoods, with the exception of some Peterbilts and Western Stars. If I remember correctly, depending on model, some of the Petes and Stars use aluminum hoods instead of fiberglass.
  17. Even though it's a little past Father's Day, Happy Father's Day to both Gregg and Jairus for the wonderful child they raised, this forum! I'm proud to be a member of the ohana!
  18. Yep, Jim, the Italeri container is 1:24, and thanks for the info on the Aeromax. The pic in the brochure page of the blue and silver 120 looks exactly like the pic on the box of my Revell USA boxed Italeri Aeromax 120!
  19. Thanks, and that was one thing I hadn't thought about was the locking pins. I'll be watching for your pics!

Oh, I almost forgot, a rat rod doesn't need door handles, they fell off years ago!!

Beautiful job, I love the patina look!!! Of course, you asked for critiques and threats as well as comments. The one thing I find wrong with it is it's NOT MINE!! As for my threat, I threaten you to do a tutorial on how you did the patina paint job! I would LOVE to learn how you did it!
  22. Nice resto mod look! How did you paint the taillights? They are the best I think I've ever seen on one of these kits! By the way, I think the wheels don't look bad with the color combo, but if you would want to darken them, have you thought of maybe some Tamiya Smoke on the inner portion? That would give you a darker charcoal chrome color on the flat inner disc portion with a chrome trim ring and center cap.
