  1. In addition to this being the same kit as the "Skip's" car, isn't this also the one that came in the "Hot Rod Trio" set?
  2. I agree, you have to at least ask.
  3. WOW!! That thing is beautiful!! Good Lord...... Nice work!!
  4. Revell's '57 Chevy hardtop and AMT's '69 Chevelle. So far........
  5. You were a busy boy also this year. Some nice stuff there!
  6. It's upside-down but I'm thinking that's a '63.
  7. Goodwill? I need to get out more....
  8. Sorry to double up here but I just remembered another one...... The Jimmy Shine '57 Chev. It's a recent build but oh-so-sweet and oh-so-correct for that era. Probably the prettiest one I can think of in my opinion.
  9. That '63 Vette is sick!! I also love that older pic with the two Willys. I have always had a thing for the Hill Bros '33 Willys. I don't know why, because I've always thought '33s were kinda ugly but..... What a bitchin' car!
  10. Oh and a 1974 Olds Cutlass Supreme!
  11. 1965 Plymouth Satellite 1955/1956 Pontiac Star Chief 1959 Pontiac Bonneville 1952-1954 Mercury 1955-1956 Mercury 1949-1950 Chevy coupe 1959-1960 Oldsmobile I could go on and on.......
  12. Wouldn't it be easier to start with a '32 Ford and modify it to look like a Chevy?
  13. WOW!!! Those are really cool. Even cooler that your grandfather built them and that they're from scratch!!
  14. I like it.....ALOT! Nice job.
  15. That is AWESOME!!
  16. Well, it's on my list now. Thanks George for the pics. Your mock-up shots look killer.
  17. That's sooo weird. I was just reading about this car this morning. They were saying how this body design was built by Chevrolet exclusively to compete with the aerodynamic Tbird (which had a similar but less agressive rear window treatment) on the track. It was this very car that got Dale in the winner's circle. If not for this car and this design, he may not have become as successful and popular as he was and still is. Nice build!
  18. I like the way you hinged those doors. Good stuff!
  19. I've never done it but couldn't a person just make the control arms "hinge" at the frame just like a 1:1?
  20. Some nice work there Chuck!! Very nice!! I especially like that Plymouth. And I think the weathering job on that '57 Chev is probably one of the best I've seen.
  21. Why would you go to the trouble of shaving the side trim but leave the door handles?
