Thanks I was looking for the thread and couldn't find it. I'm slacking on my searching lol
I googled it and most of what I get is under hood shots and dark. Wasn't sure if someone knew of another way.
Now I know there has been a lot going on with the Hudson, and I have searched it and cars is about the only thing I can not get enough detail on. What I am looking for is the engine colors the plumbing and wiring information. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I own a small business, and yes I built it. But I work in the hvac field and cleaning service. Other than that I mess with electronics, and went to school for car audio. Thinking of going back to school for technology, but it all seems boring.
As far as the scale issue, I ran into the same thing. I used Pegasus chrome T's on a 2010 mustang, it did not look right. But on my 66 olds they look right at home. One of the big differences is that the Pegasus are around 16 to 17 inch as opposed to fords 18 to 20 inch factory wheels. So with ford wheel openings the 16 inch wheels will be off unless you use a thicker tire.
If that is read any different than above.
Rob, being honest. I like it. Think about this. If it were a real treasure map trees would not be detailed. Stuff like that was used for landmarks and nothing else. Honestly, Crudely drawn is way better. I don't believe pirates were into detail.
Thanks, here is another progress shot. Now I'm working in the midst of Christmas decorating and canning vegetables. Sadly I ran myself out of the hobby room lol
I wanted to separate these builds and man do I ever have so many projects. This is one of my favorite cars. 1966 olds 442 in MM Phoenician Yellow. The black top is Krylon high heat BBQ black.
First mock up with Pegasus chrome T's. I was going to go stock wheels. But these did not fit my other ride.
Let me know what you think.
It does look like a resistor and your right there is no code. It's usually color coded rings. R3 is the location.
If I'm not mistaken you can ohm a resistor to find its value then replace it with the equivilant. It's been awhile since I have had to manually check one. Most current ones are coded.
Before you determine it's a definite resistor, what is it connected to?
Tdr is way out of my pocket book. As for styrene I would not even know where to begin. After watching johns build I am really liking the rear tires from that build.
