  1. That's what I'm talking about, how do you guys find this stuff?
  2. Thanks I was looking for the thread and couldn't find it. I'm slacking on my searching lol I googled it and most of what I get is under hood shots and dark. Wasn't sure if someone knew of another way.
  3. Now I know there has been a lot going on with the Hudson, and I have searched it and cars is about the only thing I can not get enough detail on. What I am looking for is the engine colors the plumbing and wiring information. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
  4. I own a small business, and yes I built it. But I work in the hvac field and cleaning service. Other than that I mess with electronics, and went to school for car audio. Thinking of going back to school for technology, but it all seems boring.
  5. I would become like all rich people and buy a lot of real cars and houses and stop paying my taxes.
  6. I do, but I don't use the app for forums.
  7. As far as the scale issue, I ran into the same thing. I used Pegasus chrome T's on a 2010 mustang, it did not look right. But on my 66 olds they look right at home. One of the big differences is that the Pegasus are around 16 to 17 inch as opposed to fords 18 to 20 inch factory wheels. So with ford wheel openings the 16 inch wheels will be off unless you use a thicker tire. If that is read any different than above.
  8. Yes!! Now I can build my own flashers, are there any in depth tutorials on these computer chips?
  9. I'm not doing anything special to the interior, as this is just a build to put on the shelf. Here is a quick shot of it.
  10. Rob, being honest. I like it. Think about this. If it were a real treasure map trees would not be detailed. Stuff like that was used for landmarks and nothing else. Honestly, Crudely drawn is way better. I don't believe pirates were into detail.
  11. Monty, no I just did not glue the spindles between the subframe and control arms. You have to use clamps to allow the glue to dry. Thank you Dr.
  12. I haven't bought a "med" distributor yet. I like new ways of working with what I have. Not everyone has money.
  13. All this for $12. The place I picked up the jeep had a smorgasbord of $5 kits I'm not crazy about vettes, but I do love the older ones.
  14. Thanks, here is another progress shot. Now I'm working in the midst of Christmas decorating and canning vegetables. Sadly I ran myself out of the hobby room lol
  15. I've ordered from, them and will be ordering again and again.
  16. Two bucks for the shelf, and a whopping .08¢ for the mustang. It was blue tagged at goodwill and they had 85% off. Didn't know it when I picked it up.
  17. Welcome, that camaro is sweet.
  18. I wanted to separate these builds and man do I ever have so many projects. This is one of my favorite cars. 1966 olds 442 in MM Phoenician Yellow. The black top is Krylon high heat BBQ black. First mock up with Pegasus chrome T's. I was going to go stock wheels. But these did not fit my other ride. Let me know what you think.

Wow I think I found another favorite car. Great job.
  20. It does look like a resistor and your right there is no code. It's usually color coded rings. R3 is the location. If I'm not mistaken you can ohm a resistor to find its value then replace it with the equivilant. It's been awhile since I have had to manually check one. Most current ones are coded. Before you determine it's a definite resistor, what is it connected to?
  21. Btw it is properly called a light bulb :D
  22. Tdr is way out of my pocket book. As for styrene I would not even know where to begin. After watching johns build I am really liking the rear tires from that build.
  23. Wow. Simply wow. I am going to be drooling over this. I have the same exact model that I want to build.
  24. Thank you and I was really hoping to be different.
