  1. So the question I have for all in panic buying mode. If you are going to make the killing if the online auction sites aren't going to allow you to see them. I know its a silly question because its way too logical.
  2. You got that right. Case in point pet rocks.
  3. A fool and his money are soon parted. Just proves the adage there's a sucker born every minute. Sort of like all the idiots who bought beany babies becuase they were told they were collectable.
  4. For me the clue was the headlights. I always try to look for things that are difficult to get the right thickness in scale.
  5. Nice work. Don't be so hard on yourself you do nice work.
  6. Very nice. Wow that candy red is great. I did one a while back and had to spend a bunch of time ddoing body work.
  7. So what are your plans for this one?
  8. You got it. Looks great to me.

  10. Very nice work. Super clean.
  11. I would suggest making a list of everything you need to fix on the car. Break each task into two catagories - parts and labor. Research what parts are going to cost. Labor can you perform the task. Is it something you can do or learn. Do you know how to weld. Are you good enough to do structural welding. Remember your safety is at risk. If not how much will that cost. If you still think you can do it you need to determine if the rust has compromised the structure of the vehicle. Also when you total up all the costs how are you going to get the money and how long will it take. I would recommend doing this for any project. A little planning will save you money and frustration.
  12. Anything artistic develops with practice. To me skills are things like painting and detailing. Talent is being able to look at something and be able to visualze how to make it happen. You either have talent or you don't.
  13. They are still countingbthe ballots a few had hanging chad. LOL
  14. The original van was gray. The black version is from the movie they did a humber of years back.
  15. The grey on top is how I remember it. If you google it you see it that way also.
  16. You are looking at a money pit. Find a solid car you can start with. With the rust you are trying to buikd a house on quicksand.
  17. Great start. Like where you are going with this.
  18. The engine looks great. Looks likes it full size. Great job on the pictures
  19. http://www.cosmichrome.com/ Check out the link above. Also if you look on ebay its about 400 dollars for a starter system. Saw an article in Rod and Custom a number of years ago.
  20. Nice. What prep work did you have to do to the parts before printing?
