  1. yes, great kit.... but the resin doors are too small, and one was slightly warped, so I have some work ahead of me also, got the supercharger, fuel rails and air intake mounted. in the home stretch now!

  3. looks good, I was thinking of doing one in a similar blue and replicating the Sunoco car. ill be watching this build. Look in the Workbench Saturday topic at 2 Camaros that I am just finishing up.
  4. Im trying to finish off a few old projects! too many on the go. started by hanging a new light over my work area. then started assembling /detailing the interior for this 2010 Camaro SS trying to finish off my rendition of a 2012 Baldwin Motion Supercharged Camaro SS and finally 2 newer side projects, a full detail Nissan GTR-35 and a Grand national Turbo V6 powered Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA
  5. Jim, Im up in Saskatchewan, Canada
  6. ran to the hobby shop for tamiya primer...... well at least I got the primer, haha
  7. I get LOTS of HOK from coastairbrush...... shipping can kill ya, so buy lots at a time. but it has to be shipped by FEDEX only Hazmat, and they will screw you for shipping,...... then mail you a bill 6 months later for brokerage/duty my last order was only for 6 4oz bottles of pure unreduced paint, thats 1.5 lb .... shipping was 45.00
  8. just got 3 more parcels/envelopes! out of production SAS resin Integra hoods, hoosier tire decals, and some kenne bell superchargers for the new revell 2010 camaro!

  11. IM starting to worry now, I paid on july 19th formy order. unfortunatly for him, I will buy a plane ticket and fly there to collect my parts.

  15. I definantly want a couple of those dodges!!! very cool
  16. I really want to cast those rear tires!!! 335/30/20
  17. quality is good, the kid includes, the exhaust tips, front bumper, rear "difuser" and a small etch tree, with vents etc for the front bumper. I believe it cost around 35.00 including shipping from japan. I will put up a picture of the whole VV kit tomorow when I return home.
  18. I generally build big body GM lowrider/lowrod type of stuff, Impalas, Cadillacs etc. I have decided to try something TOTALLY different. I started with a Tamiya GTR kit, then aquired a Vorsteiner Ventross upgrade set, which includes the front bumper, rear diffuser and etc. I then got a Hobby Designs open door "grade-up" kit. Which includes the headliner, door jambs, door skins (which are too small, and in need of much work) as well as inner door panels. This will be slow going as I work out of town for 2 weeks, then am home for 2 weeks. I will update as I go. sorry for the horrible photo quality....my Rebel battery is charging, so I used the iphone any critisisms/ suggestions are welcomed!
  19. If I ever get stuck on a 1:25 project, or have no want to build. I go work on 1 of the 1:1s..... helps having a few fullscale projects around too.
  20. ..... have you driven a new Camaro? may be big, but even the v6 moves. more power from the sixers than the last generation of lt-1s were putting out, as well as a bit less torque. all the guys I always hear complaining about them being big and bulky, and all that..... havent even sat in one, let alone could buy one. In the end.... theres alot of styles/fads etc That I dont like...... but if you aint puttin up the cash...... obviously people are , who do like it.
  21. PSF hobbies sells them, however they will not ship out of the states.... I ordered around 50.00 worth of stuff from them, and never got it, and they never made good..... even though they said that they had re-sent it. but it was too long past the 90 days by the time I realized that I was screwed, so I cut it as a loss.... too bad really cause their new stang parts are cool
  22. JIM- the new california wheels custom lowrider cadillac.... ( same as the lowrider and donk series from a few years back)
  23. I dont believe ive seen any built-ups of that kit from you, im really curious to see what youve done with them im a fan of your work!
