  3. almost done.. got the breather/catch can system worked out this morning. Should be finished up tonight.
  4. I'm thinking a burnt orange... And I think I know the car that coulda inspired it if so..
  5. Thanks guys, I painted the windows by masking and airbrush painting
  6. On the home stretch now.. Just a few odds and ends to tie up. I do need to final sand the front splitter and get the final color on it. Got the windows painted and installed, the ear spoiler on with supports I made today and I also got the upper radiator mount made out of pop can material. Also detail painted the lights and got those in too.

  8. got the body permanently attached today, also got the quick turn fasteners attached to the hood. I am glad that's over.

  17. and got the trim painted. I think I'm getting close to mounting the body for good.

  19. made a quick release hub and found an appropriate steering wheel in my parts stash.
  20. I got them a couple years ago. I know he got out of it for a while. I think he has a Facebook page
  21. Major parts of the interior are done. Used a pop can to make the gauge panel and the radio delete. Used a pin head for the shifter knob. set of scale dreams resin Reccaros for the seats, painted to match. went with gold for the cage, Its fun putting this all together. apparently its tight in there, tight enough in fact I had to ditch the center console. Mounted the shifter and ebrake to the floor. Ran a cable from the ebrake too. sneak peak at the paint. Have to wetsand and spray a final coat yet, might try tamiyas semi gloss clear after I do the trim..
