  1. I like the sleeper idea. The multi terrain idea really appeals to me as well...
  2. After a ton of work, I finally got the front subframe painted and promptly dropped it. So into the purple pond that went. Focusing on filling the 8 or so holes the exhaust has in the chassis for now. fiddly work that no one notices unless you don't do it. Ha Gonna work on the rest of the rear suspension soon too
  3. yeah Id really like to use the tires from those and the wire wheels.. But the wires are staying for sure. Started on the body work now, filling holes, sink marks and started working on the headlight area, there is way to much material there, so Im working on the taper for the headlight ring by enlarging that area a bit.
  4. Neat build so far. I'm watching this one
  5. Inspiring as usual. Every time I look at one of your builds I want to try my hand at one. You really know how to get that "look"
  6. Played with wheel and tire combos for fun, I wish the wheels were the same size, I would love to us the larger tires with the wire wheels.. Maybe I can find something? I will say the supremes look mighty tempting though
  7. Great little build, the red looks perfect
  8. Revell Camaro, trans am, various truck kits and corvettes. The Camaro and trams am are the ones I like to pull from because of the manual transmission The vettes you will have to pull your own teams due to their rear mounted transmission
  9. Awesome start, watching this one, I have a z06 kit here to make my 1:1 grand sport
  10. This is really cool. I like the bare metal idea
  11. Really cool. Love all the detail you pick out the more you look
  12. Thank you everyone, I really challenged myself and learned some new things. I'm really happy with the result
  13. spent a lot of time filling in the top of the front sub frame. Also got the front air bags worked out, and started on the rear suspension.
  14. I know it's not for everyone, but I like different. And this one caught my eye and inspired me to do something. And to me that's what it's all about. I'm not building an exact replica, but that root beer brown is in the plans for sure.
  15. saw this one on the net, and knew I had to use it for inspiration. wont be an exactl replica, I just liked the different twist on your normal Camaro. started by making lowered spindles and narrowing the rear a bit to mount the Pegasus wheels I got. initial stance, I think this could work well, the rear will probably come up a tad. Just going for a quicker clean build on this one. Taking a break after finishing the Mustang. Thanks for looking
  16. Thanks! I was really glad I made the trip
  17. Thanks guys
  18. Thanks guys. Finished it in enough time that I think as long as the weather holds out I'll be takin it to the motor city NNL this Sunday
  19. I know this is a super old topic, but do you have any more info on that green paint? I can't seem to locate it.
