  1. Hi Sean - Yes, WIP are also welcomed.
  2. Very nice build Craig. I love the detail on the engine. I have a question. Where did you buy the metal wires from? I always wanted to build an engine with them.
  3. 1969 SS with the DX-1 Stripe Option 1969 SS/RS
  4. One of the Best vehicle that Chevrolet build in my book was the 1969 Camaro. It has all the right stuff for an awesome Muscle car. Started with the 1967 Camaro body and by 1969 Chevrolet had perfected the look. Me being a Ford guy, I must give Chevrolet it's due when it came to the 1969 Camaro. It was just a shame that Chevrolet didn't continue this body style for at least another 3-4 years. Well, Here's my collection that I have built to date: 1969 Z-28 RS 1969 Plain Jane Camaro with Vinyl Top 1969 Z-28 1969 Yenko 1969 ZL-1 Prototype (only two where ever made with the RS Package)
  5. Here's my latest 69 Camaro... a 69 Camaro SS/RS Convertible:
  6. My next model project: a 1950 F1 Custom Truck.

  7. Thanks Brad. For Primer I used Rust-Oleum Gray Primer (sanded it smooth) and then applied Testor's Silver Metallic #1246. Then used Testor's Candy Apple Red #1605. When painting the Candy Apple Red, you must be very careful. You have to spray right through. Don't stop midway. Any mistakes will show clearly with Candy Apple Red.
  8. Thank you Sean. Yeah, thought about the hockey stick stripes. But I'm planning to apply those stripes on my next 69 SS Camaro. I wanted this one to be a straight SS/RS version. Thank goodness, I haven't gotten that issue with the rear spoiler. What I try to do is use my cutting tool and not pull it. If you pull it off, yeah it will cut a chunk right out of the spoiler.
  9. Thank you Monty. For the hard lines (emergency and rear brake lines) I used two different size copper wires.
  10. Thank you all for the kind comments. This one took me a month and a half to complete. I painted the body about six months ago and put it aside until about two months ago when I got the chance to complete it. I find that the hardest thing to do is the paint job. It has to be near perfect. After that, everything else is easy.
  11. That's a beautiful build. Love the detail you applied and the paint job is great.
  12. Beautiful Hudson. I love all the detail you have done. I also, love the background you used. Great Job!!
  13. Here's my latest build. This is one of my most detailed to date model I ever built. Detailed inside out. Painted Candy Apple Red with Black Leather Seats with Suede Red Inserts. Detailed the Engine (added the spark Plug wires, hoses, battery wires, horn wired and electrical wires) and the Chassis (added the emergency Brake line and rear brake lines. All the Chrome trim and windshield added by using Bare Metal Foil. The Photos do not do it justice. The Candy Apple Red look richer and deeper than what the photo show
