  1. Great reference shots now where is the model? Killer job on this one. Very nice...I am in awe
  2. Liking this one. It goes against all of my hot rod likes, but I like it.
  3. Turned out great. Gotta say the red wheels tied in the chassis and lettering nicely. That and red steelies with white walls (or without) look good on everything!
  4. Outstanding job on that build. he should be proud...VERY proud.
  5. Lovin' this build..er..re-build. You nailed the traditional Hot Rod look!
  6. Interesting front end treatment. Can't wait to see more.
  7. Looks nice. I think if you raise up the rear a tad it will make the wheels look better (IMO). Love the paint on this.
  8. Looks great so far. We all have those headache kits that fight us. Hang in there.
  9. Very nice rendition. That wood looks like..um...well...wood. Fantastic.
  10. I am enjoying watching this one come together. I have seen quite a few of your completed builds at shows and being new to this forum it is a first watching one of your masterpieces being built. Thank you for sharing and inspiring those of us without your incredible skills.
  11. Great project. Love it!
  12. You have incredible skills! I am in awe over the attention to detail and accuracy. Very impressive.
  13. Great craftsmanship. Enjoying watching this one.
  14. A lot of 1:1 hot rods omit the vent windows and use a 1 piece side window. This may be Revell's intent.
  15. I am really enjoying watching this build and still can't get over how well you are pulling this all together.
  16. Great choice on the paint colors. Too many nice cars (1:1 and in scale) have such a vibrant paint job you can't admire the body mods.
  17. Very clean build. You captured the original perfectly.
  18. Nice looking Delivery. Glad you didn't let the paint issues stop you from completing the build. I have a 32 5 window that was painted 3 times and I finally decided to finish it anyway. The good side doesn't look to bad sitting in the back of the display case!
  19. Looks great so far. Love the color choice.
  20. If you really want a cool look use the front wheel opening from a donor vehicle. I have seen this done on a 1:1 and it looked killer. The rears were grafted on lower than the front so they almost looked factory. The little bit of flare out on the opening added a lot and most people didn't even notice it wasn't stock.
  21. Paint looks great. After a recent trip to Disneyland and seeing the Chip Foose custom rendition of Doc from the movie "Cars" I have been itching to do a custom Hudson.
  22. Looks good so far. This kit has a ton of potential. Still trying to decide what to do with mine. I'll be keeping an eye on yours for inspiration and ideas!
