  1. I too have never seen this one, this is a really interesting set up considering the amount of hp these engines put out. Very nice job on it John, I agree that in a few of the shot's this does look like the real deal. One quick question, was the real car very competitive? I would think that the kind of motor/trans set up would literally come apart under the stress...
  2. Great job on a really rough kit... I have one of these in my stash I really want to build but, keep putting it on the back burner because it's such a pain to build...
  3. My avatar is actually a .gif file and it no longer is animated... Looks rather lame now...

  12. Hey Aaron, you could try the one in Strongsville but, I think they have less than Medina. I will probably be in the Parma area tonight and am going to take a look out there... I'll get back to you and let you know on that one...

  15. It's was a nose like this one only it was a solid 1 piece unit, same grill minus the plow hole in it and the bumper sat flush...
  16. I really like the looks of this truck, the Ford 9000 series trucks has always been a favorite of mine. The first truck I ever owned was a '73 9000 series quad axle dump with a newer Cummins 310 and a ten speed. Would like to one day replicate it but finding the correct hood for the Louisville has turned up nothing, yet...
  17. You can try this, it is rather affordable and fun... Revell Make 'n Take
  18. My biggest pet peeve is, you see a beautifully assembled and detailed kit and look at the headlights and they aren't straight... The lines are running vertical or diagonal but not horizontal like they should be...
  19. No more needs be said than that...
  20. That really looks AWESOME!!! Where on earth did you find the long intakes, I had one a whole lot of years ago that came on a 413 Max Wedge and haven't seen any since...

  22. DITTO!!! Keep it up John, this is on beautiful looking AMC... Bobby Allison is one of my all time favorite drivers along with Donnie and Davey...
  23. HOLY COW!!! That really looks great... I have had one of these in my stash for 5 or 6 years now and was just getting ready to sell it to one of my club members... After seeing this I am definately thinking twice about that... AWESOME JOB!!!
