  1. Art, I just saw this and what a cool build you got going (I usually hang my head in the drag racing sec.). I love your detail and the motor is killer! Will be watching. Charlie Pro Tech
  2. Chris, Your making great progress on your build. Very nice work on the escape hatch. Every nook and cranny of this build has been improved so much with your talent. Look forward to what's next. Charlie Pro Tech
  3. Thanks guys, well I got a "little" more done on this. Wheels/Tires are complete with added detail using Pro Tech's hex fittings (PTMC 25) for lug nuts and machined aluminum valve stems (PTMC 72). Next, I installed Pro Tech's racing harness (PTMC 17) revised to represent a vintage style (a tutorial how to do this is on my website) on the kits seat. Till next time, thanks for looking! Charlie Pro Tech
  4. Nice work Jason, I thought I recognized the fuel lines and fittings . Look forward to more! Charlie Pro Tech

  8. Hi Guys, got a question for ya. The word I got on the street is that Polly Scale paint is not being produced anymore ???? First does anyone know of this and if true is there a "water" (not special thinners) paint that is very close to the quality of the Polly Scale brand??? Thanks for any help! Charlie Pro Tech
  9. Hi guys, I'm looking for a quality builder that would like to do a few Youtube videos of your next projects using Pro Tech parts (provided by us). I'm looking for someone that would explain the use of the parts etc. This would be for 1/25 and 1/16 scale builds. Those interested please contact me by email with a few examples (detailed pics) of your builds. Thanks, Charlie Pro Tech email - protech_modelproducts@yahoo.com
  10. Nice job Niko! gotta love those old drag cars . Charlie Pro Tech
  11. Chris, looking good buddy! I knew I forgot something on my engine build "copper gaskets" oh well maybe next time, nice touch!!! The fire bottle drawings looks good and I'd have to agree with Brad and Scott on the distance of bottle from the steering shaft, don't want to take off any fingers or the bottle push knob if the driver needs to rotate butterfly wheel 90 degrees . Keep on keeping on, this will be a beautiful build when it's done. Charlie Pro Tech
  12. Thanks guys for the kind comments, really appreciate them! It's been hard trying to get some progress on this with other things in life keeping me busy. Who knows, at this rate maybe I'll have her done by decades end  . Chris, I have thought about the looms in 1/16 but don't think the market is there yet. Good idea though! Charlie Pro Tech
  13. Well I got a "little" more done on this. Installed the following Pro Tech parts - plug wires, plug wire looms, plug boots, fuel line with hex fittings. I then mildly weathered everything to give it that "real world' effect. On to the tire/wheel assembly! Thanks for looking! Charlie Pro Tech Model Parts

  15. Mark, it came out great! you did a super job on it with your awesome detail work. Thanks again for using our products and again nice job!! Charlie Pro Tech
  16. Thanks guys! Pappy, I only use metalizer paints on the smallest of small parts (brushed) as I don't use an airbrush for any paint work, I hate the set-up/clean-up
  17. Jay, nice to see ya back on this and it's looking great! Keep on keeping on Charlie Pro Tech
  18. Thanks guys! Ed, no, the nuts are not stacked (one per location), that the thickness they are etched in. Charlie Pro Tech
  19. Thanks guys! Well I finally got some more done on this build. The engine is finished (less wiring/plumbing, belt etc.) and added the following Pro Tech parts for detailing, Supercharger Pulley Set, Oil Breathers, Plug Boots and Nuts & Bolts. I also scratch-built the fuel blocks/fuel pump then gave the entire engine assembly a light wash. I also built-up the mag with a Pro Tech dist. kit cap/wire boots along with the kits mag base. The clutch can was detailed with Pro Tech Nuts & Bolts. Thanks for looking! Charlie Pro Tech
