  1. Very nice building and wheels set BTW, where did you get from? Congrats;
  2. Nice color The Lindberg kit is one of the best Impalas´s line available in my opinion. You should think in change those wheel for Pegasus or Hoopin Hydrus... The improvement at the end will be visible quickly
  3. Cliffo, "any bro of Cesar's is a bro of mine!" The same for you bro!!! Cesar is skinny and a little effeminate, but I like him anyway.. I´m not prejudiced rsrsrssrs Cesar (aka Boss), loser another kit to you? You got be kidding rsrsrr Man… we need to finish those projects.. don´t we? Well, more photos of the chassis Did the opening in the floor to receive exhaust components and for the suports of the chassi (in red) And the first test fit of the engine and chassi (niiiiiiiiiiiceeeeeeeeeeee geometry hum???)
  4. Yes... In my opinion, the green one it is even better to sanding than the blue one... and dry faster!!! So, i would say... Go Green!!!!
  5. DoubleB, I use this one: But in this project, I got out of this putty and had to start to use this one: To be honest, I did not realize what is the difference between both putties... In the box instructions, the green one says it dry fast ant the blue one says it has smooth surface… Maybe other friend can tell us the real difference!
  6. Hi guys. stewart , I use Tamiya´s fillers for hard work and 200-1200 sandpapers for fine touch. These sandpapers are used with little extra help of an eraser as sandingblock BigEd , I used a differential from my parts box (really don’t know the model and which kit come from as well). The axel is an aluminum tube! Sickfish, you are right!!! We are very good and close friends…As a matter of fact, I consider him the blood brother I never had… (Me holding him and his son) We live in different cities (152 miles) but we keep in touch almost every day. And we (and others friends as well) try to get together at least twice at quarter. Seating is me try to understand what he is trying to say (too much beer already…) Besides we spoke almost every day, we also have many similarities in terms of modeling techniques and cars preferences, so it is kind of natural our works is so similar. Don´t worry.. he will finish Magnum this year rsrsrsrs All other friends… I would like to thanks for comments and strong words. Hope get more updates very soon!
  7. Here, the next steps: Green and red: suspension arms Black: air bags Brown: support bar (to fix the shock absorbers) Yellow: shock absorbers Orange: gas tank Blue: air compression Pink: air tank (this will be the only unit that will be positioned above the bed. All other will be under the bed…) I hope you guys enjoy it and all comments and suggestions are welcome!
  8. So, the next step was little registered by photos, but in terms of project´s forward… was huge: THE STRUCTURE!! Drew the chassis in paper and did some fit tests. Then, went to the plastic and cut it all!!! To certified that all pieces will fit right, I glued this main peace with white glue (this is responsible for join rear and front parts) It´s hard to view, but it is there rsrsrsr And I just put others pieces together until the chassis design get done
  9. More putty in the rear lights (it will be like the Caddy´s Fleetwoody… vertical) and rear door. More engine test and new firewall A pause for the cause: my prince, my life, my everything: his first steps into the modeling! A little extra help for Daddy! Is he awesome or what??
  10. more pics
  11. Then, little work on the interior (tunnel) , putty in all holes (shaved style), new floor, new rear inner fenders, primer to see what still needs more attention and a little modification on the wheels. (sorry for the bad quality pics)
  12. First step: change the front and align the hood
  13. Hi fellas! The Brazilian "Small Dreams" Forum (www.small-dreams.com/Forum) is running an e-group with the SHOW CAR subject So, I decided to enter with this "double Mopar" project. The intention is reproduce this shot: But first, let´s begin with the “lower” one. It will be a Dodge Dakota with the front clip from a Dodge magnum… so, I called it “Dagnum” (exactly like 1:1 real pickup project showed in all magazines few years ago) The “material”… The paint schema will follow the paint schema from Slixx´s decals sheet of 2007 Gary Selcizi Oakley 4X Champion Charger Funny Car Decal
  14. Yeah, you are right!
  15. I’m intended to start a building of the ’92 Senna’s test F-Indy Penske/Chevrolet. This test was held in the late ’92, Arizona, particular circuit. First, a doubt: someone could tell me if the model tested (Penske PC-22) already had the Chevy 265/C engine (that will be the ‘93 season’s engine) or still the Chevy 265/B? I already Googled for reference photos but without success. Can anyone help? Perhaps pictures of your personal album? Or, someone suggests a forum that specializes in F-Indy? Thanks.
  16. I would love to receive a copy too!!!! btw, nice episode!!!
  17. Guys, taking oportunity of the subject, I have the ’94 Dodge Ram Power from Jimmy Flintstone but i tried a google search and none, absolute not one single picture of this car or anything close to it. Question: this car doesn´t exist??? Is it a phanton?

  20. Fellas, I already started a '66 Ford Fairlane ProTouring project, but now I´m intended to get some modifications on my project. But first, a little help from the community: Is this power schema a little unusual??? I mean... could it be possible? (technically speaking) Ford 427 with double side draft Weber carburetors PLUS Twin Turbo ??????? Too much? Too crazy? Tks.
  21. WOW!!!!!!!! I definitely will follow this topic!!! I really liked the turbo... where did you get that??? I´m building a '65 Impala ProStreet as well.. so far.. only this!
  22. It is on the way.... By the way, is there any '99 Escalade out there???? I need the entire front (grille and headlights)
  23. What about scratch build one?? Let´s do it man!!!! Guys, do you think this model could have a nice market?
  24. Great model... Just one doubt: The "General Lee" text on the roof should be in blue color instead black, right? I´m asking because I´m also building this car and this doubt came up.... I saw 1st and 2nd series and I cant remember any shot of the car with this black text... Congrats!
  25. Maybe Strada Sports???? www.stradasports.com
