  1. Awesome stuff Chris, i have a question. How are you going about painting that area with the hinge in? Are you going to make some way to get the pin in and out? doesn't look like you could get the pin out once it's mounted.
  2. Are you getting all those cars in single or multiplayer?
  3. Ohhh that's nice. Can you get a picture up in the wheel well of a body for size reference by chance?
  4. Looks great Dave, I'm sure you could make some scale working Dzus fasteners to mount the body hehe.
  5. Headers look great Tyrone, Alot of the Nitrous and procharger guys are running the headers out in front of the front tire. The lower spolier would be a nice touch. couple ideas for you.
  6. Looking good Tyrone, I'd like to do a 64 nova like that.
  7. Man Dave, every build you raise the bar. Glad this will have opening doors to see all your hard work, Can't wait to see what you do with the door hinges.
  8. Oh my nice, Scott are those tires available now? they would look great on my 68 promod.
  9. Very nice mockup on the Tin Scott. looks great
  10. Nice solder work Dave, I like the way the back half of the chassis is done.
  11. Wow, Great updates Clay. Really dig the way you did the 4 link bars and lower A-arms, Did you make the black bracket on the rear end?
  12. I think the Raw brass looks good, It will give more contrast when everything is painted. I used some of each on my build and the regular aluminum ones were hard to notice on the block and oil pan since they were silver.
  13. Looking good, You have the outlaw look nailed down.
  14. Nice work Tyrone, it has the perfect stance.
  15. Just did a goggle search, I only found some from 2009, there are some links and stuff in there. should be fine for building a model, look up nhra promod rule amendments for all the years up to 2014. http://www.promodzone.com/showthread.php?t=18000
  16. Gees Dave that the best you can do lol, Outstanding work on those rod ends and shocks. If i ever get my mill i'm going right for a 1/12 promod.
  17. I never built a scale Tube chassis until i did my 57 promod, Like you i contacted people to build me a chassis and in the end with some encouragement i did it myself. I wasted alot of rod myself, and i don't care who the builder is even the best guys have waste from stuff not turning out right the first 2 or 3 try's. like suggested above try sticking with it and you will be surprised what you can do, reference pictures are you friend as are other peoples build's. Don't be afraid to ask questions about doing certain parts of the cages etc.
  18. Nice Dave, i didn't do that in my 57 build and got lucky. I will be doing it in my next build for sure.
  19. Looking Good Man.
  20. Nice to see you back on this Rick, i really like seeing your attention to detail.
  21. Nice stuff Chris, glad to see this build going together so clean.
  22. Great stuff Dave, i would like to try and do a Bruno on my next build.
  23. Dam Dave, that thing is going to look sitting on the ground. excellent work my friend.
