  1. Looks easier than the 1/12 camaro i am going to have to sneek in, lol!!!!
  2. I have only shelved a Tamiya F50. It requires a lot of carbon fibre decaling and i am not yet up to the experimentation required to make the templates and start cutting such expensive decals. I will attack it soon. I have a bike and a '58 Covette and a 1970 Challenger first.
  3. Thanks Wade. The first post confused me. Joe.
  4. Absolutely for the 458 spider but not the FF Joe.
  5. Wow! Very nicely done. Happy New Year!
  6. The pix show a very well done GTO! What kit is it? Joe.
  7. I am glad you posted pix. I thought only the '69 Charger came with a vinyl roof. Huh! Thanks, Joe.
  8. I think it is a really good build. I have one in the the stash and i am always looking for aftermarket. Drop me a line if any of yours is available. Joe.
  9. You cannot be a Mario Andretti fan, which I am big time without having a spot in your heart for Mr. G. God rest. joe.
  10. Quite a nice build. Beautiful pearl white finish. Too bad Fujimi cheated on the quattro part. Joe.
  11. I must say it is the Tamiya " La Ferrari". The detail is fantastic for the 1/24 scale. It appears to be a few short steps from being stepped up to 1/12. Joe.
  12. Interior looks good with just primer!!!!! Nice looking Shelby. Joe.
  13. I think Revell has a 360 as well. Depending on what parts you need Revell may be a more cost effective solution.
  14. Yeah especially Tamiya's 458 and F12 just kidding, but seriously I wonder how Mr. T decides which to do? The La Ferrari was an obvious no-brainer. I think they missed the boat big time when they passed on the 458. Joe.
  15. I am hoping tomorrow is an airbrushing day then a workout. joe.
  16. I highly recommend their thinner for the acryl paints. I have tried others and I think theirs works the best for air brushing. Joe.
  17. Randy: Thank you for sharing the technique. Joe.
  18. I understand this statement as far as it goes but are you saying the seat fronts and backs did not tequire any sanding or putty? Joe.
  19. It may sound funny, but I build models to build models. Once they are on the shelf I dont spend too much time looking at them. Much of the detail cant be seen but I know it is there. I would not be interested in simple kits, simply because I know how much would be missing. Joe.
  20. Extremely good work. I love the details. What did you use for the seat fabric? Joe.
  21. If you provide me his email i will sign up! Joe.
  22. Yeah, no road racer, can am cars, and no 1/12 427 Cobra. Joe.
  23. Test fitting revealsfit is so good that they can be done separately. Addedadvantage is the cove chrome surround will be Much easier to do before adding the cove insert. Thanks for helping through this guys. Joe.
  24. Greg: Thank you so much for the images. Mine was the 4th down from the top. I believe that was rhe first boxing since i probably goy it in '58 or '59. Thanks again, Joe.
  25. It seems i can afford the cost of a wish, so hete goes......1968 Mustang convertible in 1/24. Carry on. Joe.
