  2. When is the convertible coming? I have the cutlass kit and the Modelhaus parts to back date it to a 68. Joe.

  4. smaller in width, right?
  5. Would Goodyear Polyglass F60 or G70 be correct? Thanks, joe.
  6. Depending on the time of the year, i was in 5th grade. I was ' building' models. That meant gluing them putting the decals on playing with the result for a while then out to the bb gun range! joe
  7. Harry: Thanks for rhe response regarding the paint. It really has an old oil paint look. Joe.
  8. Nice looking Pantera.
  9. Harry, nice job to say the least. May I ask for the brand of red paint you are using? It has an enamel look to it. That is a look i am hoping to recreate on a 1/12 Gunze BSA Goldstar which i am working on. Thanks, joe.
  10. I ordered a Historic Racing Miniatures Daytona Corveette kit from Strada. I waited an age for it. He told me it would be an age because that was the way HRM operates. He never billed me until he shipped. I am a fan of Strada and I use him when i need to with no hesitation. joe.
  11. All the 1/12 Foose Camaro got was the box art??? Really?? No parts trees?? Geez. joe.
  12. Nicely done. I wish we could still get Tamiya Clear Gloss here in the States. joe.
  13. I would like a Tamiya or Tamiya quality 1/12 427 Cobra and I would like a Revell 1/25 Dodge 1500 Daytona pickup. All the Chapparal cars in 1/24 that works for me. joe.
  14. Wow, i did not know such a great car would be this overlooked. Does the the 1/24 Monogram 71 GTX come with a standard hood or just the powergrabber? Thanks for the response, Joe.
  15. I woukd like to build a reasonably axcurate 71 or 72 Road Runner in 1/25. Thanks, Joe.
  16. I myself believe that i have all the detail sets i need to start the big Enzo but I am going to build the 1/12 Revell Mustang first for more experince and i have a 1/24 Tamiya F50 to finish to get carbon fiber decal experience. Then i will tackle the Enzo. That could eadily be another year. Joe.
  17. Fantastic build. Congratulations! Joe.
  18. Thanks guys a test it is. Now to dig the spoons from ice cream Wednesday out if the trash....
  19. I am more and more interested in this scale. This build certainly peaks my interest. Joe
  20. But if the enamel was thinned with lacquer thinner can it be overcoated with a clear lacquer? Thanks, Joe.
  21. Do you recall how the front was lifted on the '68? Thanks, Joe.
  22. Let me look at flipping the spindles around. I assume the tie rod may complicate this a bit.
  23. Thanks Guys: I don't think the spindle trick will work on the '69. The stubs are already at the very bottom of the spindles. Unless of course i have got this thing all turned around---lower stub to raise car??? joe.
  24. I am pretty sure raising the rear is just a matyer of puttingblocks under the ends of the leaf springs. The front offers me no clues at all! Amount to be raised is 1/8" only. Maybe a smidge more... Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Joe.
