    Started with the W925 kit, added the Plaskit hood, rims & tires from Mo'Aluminum, and dropped in a Detroit.

    they are part of the CL9000 kit, and for the donor I used one of the Western Star frames, although they recommend the FLD. (I believe it is so all the frame mounted resin parts will match to the proper frame holes.)

    I couldn't wait....had to get started on it..........many of you know exactly what I'm talking about!!!! Started with the engine....easy enuff... on to the chassis and cab........... and here's a shot with the engine in the frame

    This one came from Bobby Griffin, but I'm not sure if he's casting anymore. I got this from another builder.

    Dave, Check out Hobby Lobby for the 377 kits, but beware---I notice they've gone up $5 on their truck kits.

    Finally done!!!

    Bill -- the kit is pretty much box stock with the exception of the air ride and rims. The air ride I got from another builder and may not be correct for this truck, but that's what I had in the parts box. The rims came from the old Ertl Volvo kit.
