  4. NIce work on both cars. Keep us posted if you have them resin casted. Vernon
  5. one word, AMAZING!!!!!
  6. I'm thinking it is as some of the bodies I've bought from SMH were subjects he offers and I bought direct from him as well. Hopefully Chuck will see this and give us some help. I'm very curious myself.
  7. Hello Alan...I think this may be one of Chucks (ratnasty) bodies. His body is based on the four door Maverick prostock Gapp & Roush raced in the mid seventies. I've bought quite a few bodies from SMH and believe they are selling his resins. Everything has been excellent quality and I've been very happy with all their resins.. If you look real closely I think he's enlarged the wheel opening to represent the race car. An option you may consider is adding a little plastic tubing (I prefer Evergreen) to the wheel opening and reshape it just a little. Hopefully you'll get more responses to your request, this has me curious.as well. Happy Modeling and good luck with your project. Vernon
  8. No problem guys...I went through this with the Young American kit and Round 2 models will work with you. just go to their website and print out the replacement part form and send the info they ask for and the will get a replacement frame shipped to you. Round 2 and Revell are great to work with. Vernon
  9. COOL, any idea of the price range, and will you offer decals?
  10. Rusty....I have a set of the Bill Sedgewick #17 Diehard Super Truck decals, not Mike Chase. These are Slixx decals# 9617ST1178 are in like new condition, I bought these from Slixx back when they came out in 1996. If you're interested drop me a pm. Vernon
  11. Absolutely great look projects, keep us posted. Those Mercury bodies from Terry Barton are so nice to work, I've bought a few so far. Thanks for doing the Junie Donleavey / Bill Dennis car. Junie was by far one of the nicest car owners in NASCAR, Bill was a fantastic driver. I watched Bill on the local short tracks for years and was always a fan. Once again your work looks great, keep the pics coming. Happy modeling, Vernon
  12. Rusty.....I looked last night for the decals but didn't see them. I may have moved them to my storage unit. Give me a couple days and I'll check, I'm pretty sure I have some. Vernon
  13. Rusty....I'm not sure if I still have a set of the decals you need, I'll take a look tonight and let you know in the morning. As far as Mike's Decals, you won't find a better person to buy from. Every time I've ordered from him my order arrives in just few days and safely packaged. I'll let you know Tuesday am. Vernon
  14. I bought both as well, and was very pleased. Everything I've ordered through Mike is first class. With a little sanding these bodies are spot-on. Vernon
  15. Next meeting, Sunday July 13th. All the previous info above the same.
  16. Excellent reissue. I remember this kit when I was young. The kit was way advanced for it's time and still looks every bit as good. As far as the tires go, it looks like Revel took the original two piece, removed the lettering and made them a beautiful one piece. Could the 240Z be just around the corner???? Vernon
  17. Thanks Brett....I was out of town the last few days for my job, but will check it out. Vernon
  18. I'm trying to the 1320 Waynes tips on lowering funny cars, can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks, Vernon
  19. Thanks for the tip Brett. I'll have to check it out, as it really improves the look of these great old kits. Many thanks and keep up the great work, always look forward to seeing your projects. Vernon
  20. Hello Brett.....Kit looks good. How did you get the body to sit low on the chassis? Vernon
