  1. Looks pretty cool. Is that a flashlight?
  2. Great build. I like your details.
  3. Some of the "old timers" call them "Chicago Wobblers".
  4. I believe that are Daytons, and spokes like that are still used here in the Northeast.
  5. Cool. Yes, I agree with you. I don't think the Confederate Navy Jack (I misspoke in my earlier post) will fit on top of the sleeper. Best to put it on the back. I think the "01" will be too big for the doors like you said.
  6. So the 1/25 scale "General Lee" comes with the Flag on the decal sheet? I saw the model on the shelf at a LHS, but the Flag wasn't on the box art. Not "PC", I guess.
  7. Worth a try. Don't forget the horn that plays "Dixie"! Are you using the decals from the 1/25 or 1/16 car?
  8. I'd be interested in a set as well, Ben.
  9. What are you building? An aircraft carrier?
  10. I think using BMF on the hood strip, door trim, & windshield trim would be a good idea. Are you going to put the Confederate Battle Flag on the roof & the "01" on the doors?
  11. If I remember correctly when I built my L700, the doors were the only real pain. The mounting location of the battery box is a little vague, but not terribly problematic. For some reason, it tends to have a little bit of a "shovel nose" look to it.
  12. Try here: http://public.fotki.com/modeltrucks25thscale/truckkit_instructions/imc/118_dodge_l-700/
  13. This would be interesting. They don't look very comfortable or "driver friendly".
  14. Fantastic build, Alain. Great weathering.
  15. Cool build. What's Renshape?
  16. Nice looking wrecker.
  17. Nice looking Freightshaker.
  18. What engine are you putting in it? Nice conversion on the roof.
  19. Here is a link to a Classic Truck Auction that is happening in Friesland, Wisconsin, on July 25th. Looks like there are a lot of Diamond-T & International trucks, http://www.usauctioneers.com/July25/indexJuly25.htm
  20. Those Petes look really nice, Tim. Is the big sleeper from the Revell of Germany kit, or did you modify the kit sleeper?
