Ertl International F-2674 questions
Jim B replied to camaro69's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
According to the instructions I found (for the tractor, anyway) on Scalemates, it says V800: 988975-10-instructions.pdf I think it might be the F-4270 that comes with the V903, but I cannot confirm. The instructions just say "engine". Kind of wish Round2 would reissue this. -

This might help with the V800 engine: CM06 Mar 1991 International V800 diesel album | Dutch Model Truck Club | Fotki.com, photo and video sharing made easy. Or this one: MC 2001 04 ( April ) album | Dutch Model Truck Club | Fotki.com, photo and video sharing made easy. Here's one for air brake lines: CM03 Sept 1990 truck airbrake lines album | Dutch Model Truck Club | Fotki.com, photo and video sharing made easy. Hope these help or at least get you going in the right direction. -

I just remembered this video from Jay Leno's Garage: It looks like the 2017 Ford GT seat harness is a blue Sparco.
-
Nice looking Honda. Well done. Didn't know Tamiya made this.
-
Would anyone happen to know what the color of the seat harness is foe the 2017 Ford GT Le Mans car? I found one interior shot, and I think it might be blue, and no idea on the make. How about this car (2022 Camaro driven by Ty Dillon): Again, no idea on color or make as I can't seem to find any interior photos. Thanks.

Thought I recognized the shelves. I have a white set of them in my kitchen. Never bought anything from Kent Models, although I have heard of them from Building on a Budget Models on YouTube.
-
Nice I organized. IKEA shelves? I like the Tamiya paint color posters.

I built this kit back in June 2024, and if I remember correctly, I had some trouble with final assembly as well. Mostly just keeping the darn thing from falling apart. I seem to recall having some trouble with the hood as well, but by happy circumstance, something broke, one of hinges I think, then the hood fit fine. I think Kaci (@kacitgirl) has built the Toyota version of this kit.

AMT Datsun 280ZX Turbo Decal Question

Door badges? It's possible, I guess. I've never seen them there either. Strange. No idea what AMT was thinking. Wonder if they're roof pillar emblems? -

AMT Datsun 280ZX Turbo Decal Question
Jim B replied to Jim B's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
For an early 1980s AMT kit, the fit & detail are pretty good. (Can't believe I just wrote that!) Some odd things, like a hole in the fan pully for the engine fan, but no pin on the fan. I'm actually kind of enjoying this one, which is saying a lot for an AMT kit. It's no Tamiya, but it'll look good on the shelf. I just wish AMT had left the rear louvers & spoiler in the kit.
