  1. Great work! Everything looks very nice.
  2. Gary Wallace of GW Trucks (gwtrucks@yahoo.com) makes custom display cases for trucks of all sizes.
  3. Those are really nice!
  4. Welcome from the Syracuse, NY, area.
  5. Ok, so another question (this time it isn't about the steering box). Is it my imagination, or does Part #208 Fuel Filler Tube not exist in this reissue?
  6. Well, that works, too.
  7. Which one? The AeroDyne or the flat top sleeper?
  8. Great looking Transtar.
  9. Great looking wrecker.
  10. Great looking LoneStar. I like the eagle decals.
  11. Thanks. Doesn't really mount to the frame well, does it? Great work on the frame, by the way.
  12. Ok, so I'm building the Revell 1937 Ford Panel Truck, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how the steering box mounts to the inside of the frame rail. Does anyone have a decent pic of where this goes?
  13. I have a scalable AutoCAD drawig of a 379 on my other computer. Will that help?
  14. Clem, I have hoseted several international exchange students in my time, so here is some advice. Your profile says that you are 17, so I'm assuming that you are still in high school. What you need to do is find an exchange program that works in Germany to bring students to the US. Rotary & CCI International are a couple that I know of right off the top of my head, but YOU have to start the process oin your end (passports, J-1 Visa, application, etc.). Once your visa & application are approved, the program will place you with a family here in the US, hopefully in a location close to your choosing. I have had students with CCI for the past few years, and they have very high standards. Good luck.
  15. I don't know about a Loadstar, but AITM has a Fleetstar: http://www.aitruckmodels.com/pages/ck43inter2070a.html As for the 379, GW Trucks offers a nice hod conversion for the Italeri Peterbilt 378 in 1/24 scale, and P&P Resin offers (or did) a 1/25 379 cab kit.
  16. I think we're going to have to get them directly from France.
  17. I kind of figured that's who you emailed. I doubt Universal Studios would be of any help, either. Speaking of The Scale Firehouse, what's up over there? It's been "down for maintenance" for like three weeks.
