  1. Thanks, Carl.
  2. Deer mice? I must have missed that episode.
  3. Thanks, guys. I'll pass on the compliments. No, this is his sixth model. He's done (with help) the Revell 1/32 Mack CF600 Pumper: A 1/72 F/A-18, a 1/72 X-Wing fighter, a 1/25 Dodge Viper, and a 1/100 F16 fighter. Sorry, no pics of those. As far as following me into the hobby, only time will tell!
  4. Nice job on the American-LaFrance. Looks really nice.
  5. So, I want to a local hoby shop with my 7 year old son, Matthew, to get a jar of paint for a current truck project. While I was looking for the correct paint, Matthew was looking over the car kits. I knew by the look on his face that he really wanted to get a kit, but the shop we were in didn't have a large sellection of snap kits (hey, he's 7), so after I purchased the paint, we went to another shop which has a larget snp kit collection. He started to look over their kits, but was having a hard time deciding between the Revell '57 Chevrolet 210 & the Revell Chevrolet Impala Police Car. He decided on the Impala. I think he made a good choice. We finished it today after lunch. I used the hobby knife & put on the long, skinny stickers; but he did all the rest. I think we made a good team.
  6. Jarda, we're out own worst critics. That's an amazing build. Extreamly well done!
  7. That's pretty cool. Great little dio. I like the elephant. What happened to the driver?
  8. Excellent job on the dash! Nice detail painting.
  9. Check with these guys: http://www.aths.org/
  10. Nice job on the General. That's probably what that Charger really would have looked like had The Duke Boys been real. Is that the 1/25 kit or the 1/16 kit?
  11. I know a modeler from another board who is stationed at McMurdo Base, Antarctica, so that can be arranged!
  12. Very nice Transtar. Great job. I like the subtle weathering.
  13. Looking really nice so far. I like it.
  14. No that's funny! Wonder if he's looking for his Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator. "Where's the kaboom? There was supposed to be an earth-shattering kaboom!"

  16. Nice job. Looks like that started life as one of the Revell of Germany kits? I like the V12 under the hood.
  17. I like his modeling dioramas, and his water effects are amazing.
  18. Nice. I think the word you're loking for is louvers or shutters.
  19. Nice changes. I'm sure this will be another work of art.
  20. Bertha's looking a little rough! Going to be using a lot of Rust-all on that one!
