  1. Some nice looking projects there. I like the color on the Freightliner. Looks like my bench, just nothing is painted.
  2. That's really nice!
  3. That's really neat! I like the weathering. Nice detials.
  4. Very nice, Kurt! I like the Signature 600. Did you make that an ISX?
  5. That's great info! Thanks a lot.
  6. Thanks for the answers, guys. I appreciate it. As for plans for it, other than build it, paint it, & put it on the shelf; no real plans right now.
  7. Does anyone have any information on the actual lowboy that AMT used to make the one in their kit? Rumor has it that it's a 1970's era Loadcraft, but I'm not totally sure on that. What's the load capacity of it (25t, 50t, etc.)? I've searched the Forum, but I couldn't find much on the actual trailer. Thanks.
  8. You were right. In 1/32 the trailer is 15ft-4in high; while in 1/25 it's 11ft-11-3/4in high.
  9. Ok, so going by your dimensions, in 1/32 scale this trailer is 41ft-4in long and 112in wide. In 1/25 it's 32ft-3-1/2in long by 87-1/2in wide. What's the hieght from the "road surface" to the top of the trailer?
  10. 1976 to about 1982. It's the predecessor to the W900B.
  11. Nice looking frame. I like the detail you added.
  12. No probelm on the wait. Those chians are pretty cool. Thanks for the tips.
  13. They do look better loaded. Those are some big trees! Or were.
  14. Looks pretty convincing to me! So, will that have a Detrotpiller in it?
  15. Looks to be about the right height, but it looks a little short. How long is it? And how tall (in inches) is it?
  16. So far it's looking pretty good. I like the weathering on the frame. How did you do that?
  17. Nice job on the KW. All of them look great.
  18. Well, it depends. The kit is a 1976-82, so if you make it a 1976 or 1977 I'd go white, otherwise Caterpiller Yellow.
  19. Bill, that's really, really nice. Great work.
  20. That's a nice looking W900. I like the colors combination. As for the engine, that's white.
  21. Can you post the pic?
  22. Interesting. What's the flag on the front bumper for?
  23. Very nice! Now one could make a correct Can Do wrecker.
  24. I came across this on another site. I'm not exactly sure how useful it is to us truck modelers, but I figured I'd post the link anyway: Model Candey
