  1. Looks pretty good with the trailers. I wonder if a 1/24 trailer would "fit" better due to the newer width laws. Tim, I couldn't help but notice; who's the blond in the background? (I might be married, but I'm not dead!)
  2. I used straight Tamiya Deck Tan XF-55 on this one. It's pretty close.
  3. And how do you make the chains? I'm hoping to add a set to my Garrett Freight International 4300 whenever I get around to building it. And I'll probably need to make a set if I ever do a Carlile T800.
  4. I'm guessing that you REALLY want one!!!
  5. The only one I've ever seen was by De-Elegant Model Truck Fleet, but maybe if we ask really nicely Moebuis will make it their next kit. (Hint! Hint! Dave).
  6. That's a slick looking truck! I'm looking forward to your review. I noticed on your ther video where you talked about the kit & the assembly, the exterior of the interior bucket looked like it was tan. Was your test shot model molded in tan, it was that paint? Will this kit be molded in white? I thoug you guys got a lot of snow?
  7. Great detail! It's looking very nice.
  8. I like the dulled blue. I might have to use this, too!
  9. For a diorama that size, I'd think 1/2" plywood wouldn't be strong enough to support it when you need to move it. It might be heavier, but you might consider 3/4". Also, have you seen these: Scale Modeling by Chris? They might be helpful. As would Scale Equipment, Ltd..
  10. I've never seen the original. I wanted to back in the day. Was it any good? I tried requesting it on Netflix, but they don't have it yet.
  11. Neat dio. Tron actually came out in 1982: TRON
  12. Actually it's not that hard. When you get to the page you want, click on "Get Original Uploaded Photo". Once you do that, you'll have the photo by itself on the screen still in Internet Explorer. In the "File" drop-down, go to "Print Preview". This will allow you to resize the photo as necessary. You have no idea how long it took me to figure that out!
  13. That does help. I guess you know what I'm going to ask you to bring to Fulton next year!
  14. Daniel, What cab do you recommend for your T800 conversion? Will this work with the AMT T600 cab?
  15. You're welcome. Gotta love the "to do pile"!
  16. Your page doesn't seem to exist, or the link is broken.
  17. Here you go: Car Model, March 1973
  18. Gary Walace sells a Kenworth T800, but it is a day cab. You'll have to get the integral sleeper from Eric, and then use Gary's hood. You can get the T800 & front end suspension from Gary directly (GW Trucks), or from Chris @ SourKraut. As far as the Caterpiller engine, check with Evan @ Melbourne Model Truck Accessories.
  19. Very nice replica.
  20. Doesn't Jbot sell stripes like those?
  21. Email him (or PM him here, goes by Porky). He doesn't have everything listed on his site.
  22. That's Carlile's Winter Camouflage. Let's them sneek by Smokey on The Dalton.
  23. Nice assortment of trucks! Thanks for the link.
