    I had an idea it was Ebay, shipping from Germany to here is like $28, which is basically what the kit cost.

    Yeah it was sealed, the clear parts bag didnt properly get sealed in some spots.

    Got one, the cap was not wrapped, the hood looks slightly wrapped, my issues are, the instruction sheet was a single page, back side blank, I got steps 1 &10 , and missing a vent window .
