    That would be Wagon Midnight, it is very much the same thing that the American kit companies do, have tie ins with pop culture like Tv/movies, that is just one a few animated shows Fujimi has a tie in with, others are Circuit Wolf and Initial D , Aoshima also does Initial D kits.
