  9. Hobbytown's are franchised , so each store is independently own and operated. So what they may or may not carry is going to vary by each store.
  10. As usual, nice write up Chuck, and I am in 100% total agreement with you on no Mag 5-spokes or Rallyes wheels.

  12. The base is the lacquer, base coat lacquer paints are not gloss, you have to clear them, that is why they are called a two part system, base + clear.

  18. He offers two types of paints, basecoats, which I believe are a acrylic lacquer, and the enamel paints acrylic lacquer are here http://www.scalefinishes.com/BOX.html#basecoat Gloss enamels here http://www.scalefinishes.com/BOX.html#gloss enamel
  19. Now here’s a piece of art Neil Buchanan would be proud of. The Peach State Challengers (a Dodge car club from Georgia, USA) had such an eclectic colour palette of Challengers at a recent meet, they decided to weave 76 of them into a colourful V8 rainbow lattice. Pretty, innit? And fair play to the person who painted theirs pink. You took one for the team there.
  20. Its a straight reissue of it from the bass boat kit, just minus the trailer and boat.
  21. The Aston Martin kit is well worth whatever price you pay for it, even with it not having a full a engine, and I really dont understand how quick people will dismiss what is a great kit for the simple fact that it may not have a 100% complete engine, and judging a entire kit on the bases of wether it has an engine or not is just stupid.
