  1. We used the same shipping method , its Air Parcel and takes about a week, for one, you are looking at about low $20's There are several things about the kit that say they are planning a dually version, one, they chose to do a long bed, two, the main parts of the bed are on their own parts tree. And we could all be wrong, and there is no plan , we just have to wait and see
  2. Correct, and by looking at it, and it looks like once the interior is placed in the body, the cubbies will be opened little bit
  3. Roger, those are the chrome metal transfers for the mirrors , yes, I see there is a little bit of a red reflection for some reason, as for the door panels, I looked and nothing goes behind them, but when you put the interior into the body, that will be the backing for them
  4. There is some sidewall writing, its hard to make out
  5. Here is a whats in the box look at Mengs F350 kit, any question's please ask, and for you local guys, this one will be with me at DSC/club meeting(maybe) so you can take a look at in person.
  6. Are you going to start your as soon as you get yours ?
  7. All I am going to say that if anyone dismisses this kit over seats that are just a little to squared is a fool, you will be missing out on what seems to be a great kit, right now, I am only forming an opinion on them as how the parts look in the box, but so far, I really like what I see, and you will too, this is a kit that should not be passed up, that is if you like truck kits. Folks, right here, we have the "put your money where your mouth is", people complaining about less then stellar quality kits, well, here you have a great quality kit of an American Subject that is filling a void that is been there for a very long time, Meng has delivered a kit that US builders have been asking for since the Revell's 99 Silverado kit, sure, I know its not a 2014 model year , but its better then not having anything at all. Yes, this kit may be a little expensive, but guess what, it does not have a chop top, it does not have crappy chrome platting, it does not have a lot issues , is it accurate as far as the real one?, I cant answer that, but I am sure someone that is can say how accurate it is .
  8. I want to add, so many people dismiss kits because of scale, people complain when kits are in 1/24th scale over their beloved 1/25th scale, or dismiss a kit because its not made by Revell/Round2, god forbid a kit is made by a foreign country
  9. Maybe I should start on the one that I have left, and be the first "nobody" of the hobby to build one
  10. Bill, the seats caught my eyes right of the bat, and that is what I noticed as well
  11. I think the first one we might see will be under the showroom series, it might a while before a full glue kit hits the market
  12. It was pointed out by James that the tires are OEM correct
  13. Roger, that is why I have not posted a thread yet, if I get an OK, then I will
  14. Since Gregg was able to beat me to it, I wont be posting a thread, but here some more photos http://s1105.photobucket.com/user/irvan2836/library/Kit%20reviews/Ford%20F350%20Meng
  15. This time, I have a tunnel from China
  16. I should have mine tomorrow, and if not , Monday, I can answer any questions about the kit
  17. Not for the US market yet, close though
  18. And just like that, the Fords have shown back up , hopefully tomorrow they will be in my hands
  19. I am just taking a wild guess here, but that was for the China market, as Meng is a Chinese based company, so its going to take time for this kit to hit the export markets, That is why they are the first ones to have the kit. Just like say Revell kits, it takes time for them to get released in counrtys outside of the US, or vice versa with Revell AG kits, they are released first in their home market . For instance, the Revell AG BMW DTM kits that were released this year here in the US, people in Europe had the kits late last year, but they did not become available here tell late January I think it was . Its all about home markets, and the US is not a home market for Meng
  20. Its all a Haas thing, Tony will have no part in it, its going to have nothing to do with the Cup team
  21. I think my kits got lost when they left customs two days ago I am not a very patient man
