Finished this one up, I lost the hood latch's , I have no freaking idea where they went, anyways, I wanted to add a CB and antenna, but just didnt get around to it. You might be thinking that you seen this one before, but that would be Chuck Most's build, we had the same idea in body colors in mind when we built ours

Its the same body tooling I believe as the version that has an engine, so that is why this kit with/out engine has the opening hood

I think I follow you, sorry , not on my game right now, I think that if it was GM instead of Ford, that Ford might not of come to be IMHO, or if so, they would came along later on in the game, but I really dont think I can answer, it could go many different ways, I could say that Ford would came to be, but then went the way of the Tucker, there are so many things that could of happened.
