I have put future on after polishing and both times it cracked everywhere. So I wont be trying that anymore.

Well that didnt work out so well, I have seem to had made things worse so now the body is in the purple bath for right now. I am going to have to get some 91% alcohol for this one since I used lacquer paint and clear. This build is already irritating me, I darn near ran out of black paint when painting it, so now I have to get more black paint so I can re paint it after I get it stripped . I got hit with the bad luck stick all the sudden, I am having problems with my Ferrari build and getting it painted.

I clear coated it, and so now I am going to have to wetsand it, had the issue's mike had. It sucks cuz its nice and shiney but full of debris

Thanks guys , I would say if its being mistaken for the real thing then, I did a good job . You know i thought the same when I was uploading some more pics and saw one of the pics in the album and thought why is there a pic of a real car in this album

I primed the body, and getting it painted

Started work on the KR kit, all I have done was get the body painted, tyring to get all the body painting done before it gets cold here. still need to clear it

Here is my 2010 Gt from the CBP, I did this pretty much box stock, I used tires from AMT Chrysler 300 kit, and I lowered the ride as well. Paint is MM pearl blue lacquer .

That is a nice looking hood, here is a pic of the 10gt, I will post the rest in under glass

I have finished the 2010 GT, i will take pics of it tomorrow and get them posted. I am going to look at more pics of the interior if I can find more, and then decide if i want to , part of it I think I can do, like the middle console and middle part of the dash, but the back seat I am not sure I want to try.

At first I did not like the looks of the lonestar, and well still kind of dont, just dont like the grill

Yea I am starting to like this blue as well, i am not even going to wet sand and polish this one. I think the show lasted two season's , I will go double check, what I do know is I think I watch maybe three episodes, and the two hour pilot, but i just could not get in to the show. I have not decided yet, but what I am thinking is for the knight rider build , I dont know if i want to try and recreate the interior .

Hey guys, I made some progress, and I picked up another stang kit today, ( used a HL coupon) I picked up the GT500 KR, my plan for it, and the reason why I bought is to make KITT from remake of Knight Rider. So here is what the new stance looks like, I still have a little work to do up front, and the body has been cleared now too

I think I did pretty much everything Rick did, I have not done the front yet, but i am going to try his way on this build vs the way I did on last.

While I am at it , here is a small update, I decided to give flocking a try( second time)

I figured I would help out as well, here are the mods that I made on the 2010 and the same as on the 07 gt500, and here is the wheel in the tire from the Chrysler 300 kit

And the funny thing with the Chrylser kit is those tires are too small, I think am going to use those tires on my 10 instead of the pegasus tires , and save the pegasus tires for 2010 gt500 when I get it.

I got some work done on this one, I would be a little farther along but I screwed while painting the body so I had to strip it, then when i was ready to respray, we had some weather come thru bring wind and rain. I was able to get some paint down today, did some mist/light coats, I need to do some sanding and then do the wet coats. The chassis is done, I added the brake lines, and thinking about adding the fuel line . I also added so styrene to the wheel backs so the wheels will sit farther out like they should.
