It has a fan base and is no worse then Steven Seagal last movies where you can tell the edit points for the stuntmen. Seagal made his last few in another country. I like many of Seagals movies. If you want to watch a great move watch Heat filmed in 1995 with Robert Deniro and what a cast in that movie also written by Michael Mann of Miami Vice...

JT, every morning I use to have a line of trucks most with drop deck trailers with steel coils from Raitan to be unloaded and inspected. Great looking Volvo and trailer. Awesome work...
