I hear you Guys ? Felt the same way so I joined a gym about 2 months ago and go every other Day for Only about 2-1/2 hrs per work out and already iam looking and feeling better next month I turn 56 ouch and with my Health Issues it was TIME to do something now if can just put on a few more pounds I do better ? Being active I have found is the key although it takes time away from the hobby but it better than sitting down on the bench for 2-3 hrs than 4-5 hrs ? May sound crazy but I have been putting things on of arms way and across the room just so I have to Get Up. And get what I need so I don't do a lot of sitting at once ?
