  1. Some more assembly
  2. Finally got some progress to show. Chassis at pre-assembly stage, headers, oil filters, and some resin work.
  3. Not too bad to do, I have a tool from my slot car fabricating days that let's me bend them easily. Just getting in the groove of using it, material tolerances, movement, etc. Yes, that's shrink tubing. Thanks for looking!!
  4. I know right? A technique I found on here and I really like the look!
  5. Lot of work for a small update. One set of headers done.
  6. Axel and steering on one, will get other chassis caught up tomorrow. Waiting on a rearend and springs in the mail. Also will start some priming then making headers and so on... Thanks for looking!
  7. Is there a link to his items?
  8. Update... working on suspension parts
  9. Haven't had a lot of time at the bench, plus everything is tedious right now. Enlarged trani tunnels, made trani mounts and brackets, also some body sculpting. Forgot I got the cross member cut out and front frame rails revamped.
  10. Curious, if a coat of clear over the primer would help?
  11. Ok, I've been wanting to finish this anyway, and now since Fat Brian is doing the Deceptacon Mustang...I will try to finish the Bumblebee Camaro.
  12. A couple projects at once
  13. Oh, now that sounds interesting!
  14. I know, what's the sense of having a stash if you can't get to them! But this build has pushed my building skills to higher levels.
  15. Thanks, it just stinks because these are commission builds, that I have to give them up when they are done. At least I made one show with the first one, hope to get these done in time also.
  16. Didn't take it personally...just know that some guys are super anal about scale and correctiveness to matching 1:1. And didn't think about the price breakdown per gallon as pointed out, that's definitely good money!
  17. As I said, email him. He pours per orders received. Try to get pic later. Posted in 'what did you get today' awhile back, maybe do a search.
  18. Granted the metallic is "not to scale" if you will, but I can get 4oz. of color (even straight colors) for as much as 1 small bottle from the other guys.
  19. Yes, just be sure to use an automotive type primer under it. Like Duplicolor or the like. Many have even used base coat/clear coat. Actually, MCW paints are PPG based. Here's a couple of mine
  20. Yes, just have to check his website, but email him.
  21. Started working on misc. to break it up, but soon realized I need to start with frames. Deleted exhaust from both a little differently this time, a lot easier.
