I used to build drag racing chassis and the guy who welded the mounts to the rear of that early Camaro should have his junk kicked in. Tapping the wall had nothing to do with those welds failing, they failed before they ever cooled down.

Thanks Bernard, I'm truely humbled by the thought that I've influenced anyone to build. Two real influences in my building models are 1st, my Dad as he turned me on to modeling then there's Matt LeBlanc (member here) who has been a long time friend of mine and My #1 fan/Critic. I've gone back to the basics because of his straight forward no nonsence approach to telling me where my short comings are in my modeling. Hence my return to building primarily in styrene. Matt's told me countless times "you can pile all the aftermarket/Machined aluminum stuff on a model, but if its poorly built then its just a pile of Aftermarket/Machined aluminum parts on a poorly built model. I have heeded is advice and have been building for me and I feel my work has gotten somewhat better because of Matt's candored opinions...

I've had one deal with Len that went painfully slow. Len if you are reading this just send the model on to the next in line. It's pretty selfish of you to hold on to it. NO ONES LIFE IS SO BUSY THAT YOU CAN'T GET TO HE POST OFFICE.

Guys I’m in need of a set of schiefer MFG. CO. decals that are on the slixx contingency decal sheet 1436. I don’t need the whole sheet just these two decals. Mine didn’t fare well. If anyone can spare there two decals I will gladly pay for them or trade something for them. I need them to finish my surfer’s car. I REALLY NEED THESE!!! Thanks Guys

John, What impresses me the most on your builds is how quickly you can push these out. This is turning out to be a really nice build. the weathering you do is spot on. Ive been bring some of this into my builds as well as the Hollish car and now the the Surfers car both have some weathering done to them...
