  9. I don't want to "Spam" the Galerie with a dozen of Topics so i decided to put same brands in one post as i done with my Corvettes. An Advantage is also, i can always pick up "my" thread to post the next finished Mustang Today i'll start to show you some Mustangs, I've built during the year, some older will come up next. I thought, i had started such thread in the past, but couldn't find it. I will start with two presents i got from a model builder collegue 2007 Shelby GT 500 (Revell, #85-2097) - present from a friend!) 2008 Mustang Bullit (Revell, #85-4234) - repainted black (also a present) 2010 Mustang GT Convertible (Revell, #85-1963) - Snap Kit, repainted 2014 Mustang GT (Revell, #07061) - decorated Kit, lowered 1983 Mustang Convertible (monogram, #2222-0100) - was my first, restored couple years ago 1990 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 (Revell, #85-4252) 1979 Turbo Capri (Revell, #H-7206) - Engine from Mercedes AMG-GT, Wheels from Supra Mk4 1970 Boss Mustang (monogram, #2282) - was my second Mustang, also restored years ago ...that was the first Part. The second will follow up ?
  10. This one started life as a orange 911 S, Scale 1/18 from Schuco. Rebuild it in April 2020 if i remember right Stripped the whole color, angraved a sunroof and closed the oil-lid on the right rear fender. Also converted from European to US-Specs like the Bbumper and the headlights. Also painted the Turnsignals and rear chrombrezels black, tinted the rear lights red. Some parts changed in the enginebay (f.e. Oilfilter, Aircleaner) to match the original as close as possible. Painted in original color Geminiblue, lowered the suspension a little bit. It seems, that i collected more 1/18 in the last years as i thought. I'm proud of, to show them here!

  11. Wow could i missed that...because i had a long timeout, Absolut stunning Mustang. Excellent!
  12. wow. that is a beautiful Mustang. outstanding.
  13. Thank you! much appreciated John, it is gloss black with two layers of clearcoat
  14. Born was this Mustang as a GT as all of them. It is 1/24 Scale, from Maisto: I converted only the outside to the ecoboost. Cleaned the hood, closed the vents and stripped all color to metal. I attached the rear spoiler and changed the rear Logo to a Pony. The important Thing for the Customer (Instagrammer) was "the floating pony" on the grill. With parts of the partsbox, some brain it worked out.
  15. Sometime it is easier to find a Diecast-Model as a plastic kit. In the Last years, i found my fun at those models too. Born was this Mustang as a GT as all of them. It is 1/18 Scale, from Maisto. It was a limited edition in fantastic Orangemetallic. I converted only the outside to the ecoboost. Cleaned the hood, closed the vents and stripped all color to metal. I attached the rear spoiler and changed the rear Logo to a Pony. Painted all in grabberblue, painted some interiuer alumnium parts and painted the rims black. Here is the Result:
  16. Thank you very much! Much appreciated. I'm proud of both. I agree: the 68/69/70 Charger look fast while they standing. I love that style and it is of course the best looking Dodge ever built. @Greg: it is masking tape. i took it several times and it never came up. And thank you for the tips against the dust. I will try the tamiya brush first, then order "pressureaircan" or so.
  17. Dodge Charger R/T - 1968 Revell, 1/25, #85-4202 Since I don't want to introduce everyone individually, today a nice pair of chargers. One of the best kits Revell launched. The White. "Only" the vinyl roof, seatbelts, carpet and wiring have been changed. Engine orange as the original Charger has. Painted from a mixed can in the original color "White" - simple but appropriate color name. Black roof, black stripes and black inside. The blue served as a backup solution for the working doors. The work steps were then implemented on the white. After everything worked, I decided on the original "Brightblue" with a white interior. Wiring, lowering, carpet have also been changed. Always love the Steelies - imo a must have. They have been completed for a year now, in August 2020. The Brightblue: I apologize for the dusty pictures. I haven't found a solution to avoid that yet ...
