  2. Harry, having owned a 52 Chevy Deluxe 2dr. coupe, with a trans planted 327/Powerglide auto. I can tell you, if you use "Ram's Horn's" exhast manifolds, and the original small block motor mount locations, you CAN change the plugs from BELOW quite easily. The forward locatoin of the mounts, on the front of the engine, ant the mounts on the forward part of the Trans case leave alot of room alongside the engine, leavein enough room to reach the plugs.
  3. Ah Yes, Gary. The ol' "Chezoom roof cut out an put on a 59 Caddy body with reworked fins,etc.etc." custom look. You know no matter how many times I see a custom like this done, I'm always surprised at how WELL that roof goes with so many different body styles. And yours is no different, it'll look just as cool as the others! I like the look, I gotta try it sometime!
  4. Yeeesh Paul, ya think we like it? Well I know I do!. Nice period lookin ride. I often wonder how's it that alot of guy's who din't grow up here, can build such nice period rides. My Big Brudder had freinds, and he himself had NICE everyday rides like that. It brings back LOTS of fond memories. GREAT BUILD!

  8. The Die Cast Mustangs were supposed to be 390's so I'd assume. But Tim's right too, you CAN call it any size you want, as ALL FE blocks were the same.352,390, 402, 427, there are probly some others ,but these come to mind right away.
  9. Yeesh, paint? It looks good just like that! Yeah, the skirts really make it on that particular style. They seem to flown with the roofline. Either way, it looks good!
  10. I'm with you Bri, I'd build em for them, just to build them! I'm mean, box stock, nice paint, no need for lots detail, IF you need to do it at all, yeah, that sounds relaxing. Too bad I can't DO that, caz yeah, it DOES sound relaxing!
