  1. My B i l's Charger was a white hat special with white Vynil roof an interior. The dash top an package tray and carpeting were black as was the carpeting on the lower half of the door panels. The seats, console, and headliner were white as was the upper half of the door and side panels. H T H.
  2. Nope, the top of the rear panels curve down. They come from an MPC Pinto hatchback coupe.
  3. It looks VERY nice, but I have NO idea what 1/144th scale is. Could you put a quarter or something next to it to judge it's size?
  4. Daaaaam Harry, THIS one IS GOOD!!!! Can't see any brake lines on it, I THINK it's real, but............. Ok, Imma gonna go with LARGE scale MODEL!!!!!
  5. Gregg, you need me ta send ya some emergency Taco's??? They'll keep ya goin whilst ya rowin over here to Toledo! Can ya pick up Anthony and Santi on yer way here?
  6. Could you please tell us how you bulged out the rear quarters on it? They came out GREAT an I'd like to try and see if i could do it. Thanks!
  7. 1/12th scale 65 Mustang fastback? Is it the old Entex or some odd ball kit? Possibly Bandai? Could you use parts from the old AMT large scale Mustangs? Were they even 1/12th? Hope it goes well. I like the 65/66 Fastbacks.
  8. Too COOL!!! Gonna hafta build me one a these!!!! Thanks for sharein it!
  9. Okey still sells the bodies he has left at local toy shows. Usually the larger ones. I purchased his 56 Plymouth, 56 Olds and 56 Pontiac recently (in the past year) and he sells them with resin interiors, that are QUITE NASTY! the resin is still sticky and there are objects in it. The basic stuff to build a nice curbside are there, but if your gonna build a DETAILED model from one, your in for a bit of a job.HTH.
  10. Congrats Johhny!!! Wish you MANY MANY more! I jus gave Therese a big ol chunk of coal an tol her in 50 million years it'll be the biggest diamond she'll EVER see!!! God Bless yaz both!!!
  11. Well actually Mark, you should know the difference was ALOT more than just stripes an sidepipes. I just thought that they looked close enough the same, to BE the same car. Just wondered, that's all.
  12. That's cool Nick. I only noticed because i used to attach those little spot welded studs!
  13. John, is that IRS articulated? As in, haveingU-joints? They sure look like they are hangin on their own weight, like they would if you took off the trailing arms. Man, that resin looks like injected plastic!
  14. Guys, I got my Muscle Car Review for August 11. and on the cover is a green 70 Motion Camaro. It looks ALOT like the one on the cover of the AMT Badwin/Motion Camaro kit. Anyone else notice that? It has the same sidepipes, Cragars, and striping, plus the engine looks pretty close too. Just wondered if they were the same car.
  15. Nick, the side moulding, window trim, and vynil roof chrome trim was attached with small studs that were welded to the body, then plastic clips were used to actually hold the trim to the body. There were only holes to install script. At least that's how we did it at Cadillac in 76.
  16. Nawww Skip, I think it's just the weight of all the posts above it pushin it down.
  17. Harry, at the bottom of the page where it shows who's been on the forum in the last 15 minutes, Your name is in red ink? Like you bein picked on. why? I din't see you doin nuthin wrong.
  18. Oh yeah, I feel ya there,Bro! I musta built quite a few of those lil AMT 32's! Still have one of each too, I believe. Nowhere as accurate as Revell's great 32 kit, it's one of those GREAT kits from our youth. One of my first models was the 32 Roadster. That lil coupe was right in there too, I LOVED my hot rods!!!! With FLAMES!!!!!
  19. Glad you made it home safely Kyle! That truck is around there somewhere! We'll be here when ya find it!!!! WELCOME HOME!!!
  20. Mitch, your doin a GREAT job. I have two resin 65's one from Perry's Resins and one from R&R Both are pretty nicely done too. I have a 67 Comet 202 that I got from Motor City Resin Casters, VERY nicely cast, but YOU gonna be the ONLY kid on the block with a 65!!! You did a VERY NICE job with your conversion. It came out lookin REAL good. This is gonna be a COOL build up. I like the idea of you havin a model of your REAL race car!!!
  21. Watever it is it's good lookin.
  22. REAL nice detail on that engine! VERY nice. Neat idea too, looks great!
  23. Actually, it looks like the LID from a pencil box. I got one layin around here with the SAME idea! Great minds think ALIKE!!!! Gonna watch this one Mookie, I like wat yer doin with it!
  24. Yeah, I have a couple of the Monogram's AND a few of those Hugh's 500's. THOSE are the ONLY two 24th scale choppers out there! Oh yeah, Airfix makes the James Bond Autogyro, but is that TECHNICALLY a Helo, or an Autogyro? Either way it's cool too.
