  1. VERY nice job! The zimmerit is so in scale I couldn't even see it till I got to the close up of the rear of it! VERY nice paint on it too! I've always enjoyed a nicely built Military model. This is one! TANKS!!!
  2. My Dad drove a 64 Falcon Ranch Wagon,2 dr, with a 289 3spd. for his work car. That little car could SCREAM!!! Dang it was fast! Imma build me a litle 2dr Ranch Wagon outta one before I ever buy a coupe!
  3. Another nice build Dom! It looks good and the colors are perfect on it!

  5. THANK you Rob. The google thing always escapes me. Don't know these rascals as good as i should, I guess. Thanks Again!
  6. Guys, one of our brothers is building a 65 Dodge, up in the "On the Bench" section. He has a VERY nice inline dual quad Hemi intake manifold he said he found on the 'Bay. Does anyone here know where one might be able to get this particular intake? Any help would be GREATLY appericiated, Thanks guys.
  7. Large scale model.
  8. At least your design is more like what I was thinkin,Harry. Dam, it's JUST a rendering? man, watta drag! Shoulda know the clowns at Chrysler are about as sharp as their electrical systems!!!!!
  9. ED, I just noticed it WAS a TWO door!!!! Praise God for small favors!!! But it's still ugly from the front. You'd think if they were goin that far with it, they'd make it more "Charger-ish" an they would come up with a nicer grille treatment. Yes, it DOES make it look like one of their trucks!!! Jeeeze, a two door. Still clunky lookin, but NOW it's MORE like a REAL Charger!!!!!
  10. I'm with the Dr on this one, it IS a VERY nicely built model! You dun a GREAT job on it Daddy-O!!!!
  11. Hoekey "Full length" tailights an door dents do NOT make a Charger. This sorry excuse for a "Musclecar" is just that, SORRY! Still think it's just too clunky lookin!
  12. Lee, you cook as well as you paint? Caz mixin flavors is an ART, jus like mixin paint! Color came out BEAUTIFUL. VERY RICH lookin color. You dun GOOD Lee!!!!
  13. Yeah, Matt, I was gonna say the same thing! It sure is a NICE lookin rig, I'd buy one if it WERE available.
  14. Davin, where did you get the Intake and Valve covers? They're the mook! they look GREAT! This build is comeing along VERY nicely, it's looking good!
  15. WoW! This is the first time I've even seen this monster! It's awesome! Man Tyrone, you don't fool around,do ya?! Lookin good Daddy-O! PLEEEZE don't stop now!!!!
  16. Most definately would be interested! Can you post some pictures?
  17. The Olds frame appears to be a perimiter style frame WITH an X brace in the center! Of course it MAY be a convertable frame. i don't know.
  18. Rob I have one of those, an after checking it out, it MAY seem a bit TOO much effort, BUT, if you WANT, if you score directly downwards at the base of the doors, back seat base, and around the console, you MIGHT be able to remove the floor completely, and just install a peice of sheet plastic as a new floor. It'll only be deeper by the depth of the old floor, but it may make your interior look a bit better. I've done this on a few of the AMT 65 GTO'S and it worked out real good.Hth.
  19. The Revell 49 Merc has a Caddy engine. the nicest Olds motor most recently are the AMT/Ertl 69 Olds kits, the Lindburg 67 442 Olds kit, and the AMT 66 Olds 442 kits. They are more easliy obtainable and better detailed.Hth.
  20. My deepest condolences to his family. ALWAYS sad to loose a brother modeler.
  21. Tim, send me your addy by PM an I'll send ya one.
  22. Any Pontiac GTO from the old MPC/Ertl kits should have one. They seemed to be on ALL the GTO trees since the 66!
  23. So far Rob, I haven't paid more that 20 bucks for ANY Trumpeter kit. I get them at the toy shows for cheap cause the perfectionists cut 'em loose real fast cause they're not up to their speed. Me, I just wanna build 'em. I'll wait till next spring when they start showing up on the vendors tables. They build up just the same as the very newest release. Personally, I'm waitin on that little Ranchero.
  24. naw u goddit!!!!
  25. VERY nice thing ya got goin on there Tom! Gonna be a REALLLLL smooth lookin ride when it's done!!!
