ARGH ! Love it , its soooo cool . I also met ed at a hot rod show here in sydney and showed him one of these i got from a swap meet . We talked for awhile and my wife was standing near by and NEVER TOOK ONE PHOTO of us yaking !!!!!!!! I was so takin by this great man and his willing to talk to a nobody like me that i never asked for his autograph !

G,day , i brought the moebius version recently , which was a shock to my modelling mates as i only build vintage style trucks . Was there any problems with kit ? Cheers mark .

This unit was for sale on ebay recently , i bid on it but didnt win i cant remember how much it went for but it was rough . The chassis and other bits were scratch built.

G,day , geez i hav'nt seen any problems here everybody seems to get along from what i can see . The thing i don't understand is you can buy the other model magazine at the newsagents here but can't buy the better model car mag ?

Just let you know that if you want to make a different version from the english one , here in australia we had them as well and some were brought from the nsw government bus company and had the roofs removed and had awnings put on them for race car veiwing platforms .

I never really looked at these when they were on the market here in australia , then dad showed me the pete tractor he did and i saw the detail in it and have been buying them up when i see them . The hella one's killed me when i saw no chrome !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mate , dont be scared to put up photo's you have done a great job . NEVER thought of the tail light thing good idea , and the colours very cool instead of the usual pastel colours that most others use on custom trucks . After all , it's a w model kenny !

In this time period in australia all truck wore pin stripping , it was something truckies just did . Now days not even the truck customizers do it they seem to be into these big airbrushed pictures .

Ha Ha , even the cummins sticker has faded . We got a tipper runnin around sydney which still runs of petrol , he does the ashfault at night too .

Wow ! An awsome peice of equipment ! Have you got a photo of the engine you used ? I'm also working on an oz road train prime mover starting with one of these . I'm very impressed with your build mate .
