  1. We don't have many coe macks here in australia , but the steering on most coe's go down to a shaft that slids over another shaft that has like splines ,so when you do tilt the cab it slids up and down .

Geez, i can go back when the other mag was real good and then it was brought by the BIG mag company and like the model rail mags it went down hill .Too many ads and thinner , think i'm joking, buy an old back issue and see what you got for your money compared to now . What did i do when the forum went down ? First sat here like a mullett , then bashed the daylights out of my old computer only then to get a call from a mate askin why the forum was down !!!!!!!!MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

My first model car was an aurora 1/32 shiften drifter roadster pickup which i still have in the box in a million peices .Mum brought it for me when i was in primary school for hobby class in ?????????????????? 1969 ?????? Gee thats a long time ago ! I customized it by putting chrome hubcaps on it !oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh . Yer no paint,but CHROME hubcaps !

G,day , i went through my photo's and found a couple of w's i took picks of , This one was streached to make a rigid and is used delivering gyprock around sydney , This one is used delivering gyprock and sydney as well , This one was takin in tumut and is retired and used to drive around to do local pickups and odd small trips , If i find more i'll post them .
  10. Argh yer a w model , i remember when i first drove one of those and looked out the windscreen and thought you could have the last supper on that bonnett !It was huge but got used to it real quick , yer i felt ten foot tall .
  11. G,day , i got a couple of 1/18th diecasts , two haiwian shirts and most of all to spend the day with my family. Your right charlie 8575 there are some things money cant buy .Just sittin back and sweating in humid 31 degree celsius temp . Friendly advice... Please, take care of yourself. This means the remaining 77% are caused by people who just drink coffee, carbonated drinks, juices, yogurts, and stuff like that. Therefore, beware of those who do not drink alcohol.   19. G,day , mine was an Aurora 1/32 hot rod called , the shiften drifter . I still got it in the box in aabout 50 thousand peices .
  20. Outstanding! i emailed them around jan-feb suggesting they release it and they said they'd look at it in the new year .This trailer has not been around for yonks .

  22. G,day , what about if you let it dry and then lightly rub a wire brush down the sides ? that way you are doing what the bushes do to real paint ? Cheers
  23. G,day mate , that is sooooo cool and an old vintage kit too that you didnt see finished many times when it was available all those years ago. I like the flock interior it looks great . it looks like theres a build up of glue inside of the headlights ? next time use a little of wood glue as it dries clear or a small wipe of silastic as it dries clear also . But all up thats a great example of this old vintage kit you did a good job of it ,cheers
